or $20 per month for unlimited reservations. Please visit
the Pedregal office (located inside the South Gate to
Pedregal, behind the marina) upon your arrival to pay
- The maximum occupancy is 4 registered guests. No
unregistered guests may stay in the condo overnight
- Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at the property.

- A 4% payment processing fee is charged on all VRBO cancellations.
