The Space:

This residence is a spacious 3-bedroom lock-off with a thoughtfully planned layout, located within the coveted 1 Homes Cabo, on the fourth floor of Building Seven, offering direct ocean views to Land’s End and marina views from two expansive terraces, each with its own plunge pool.



The prime location combines privacy and walkable access to the marina, dining, and the Cabo lifestyle. Residents enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including pools, wellness and fitness facilities, concierge services, and on-site dining.



The residence offers 2,616 AC sq ft of interior living space and 3,688.26 total sq ft, with seamless indoor-outdoor living throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame open views of the Sea of Cortez, Land’s End, and the marina, filling the residence with natural light.

The open living and dining area connects to the ocean-facing terrace and is complemented by a gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances and a generous breakfast bar. A laundry area and additional storage are conveniently located.



The primary bedroom offers direct ocean views, sliding glass doors to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and owner’s closets. Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. Please observe that smoking, hosting events, and bringing pets are not permitted. Be advised that the property undergoes maintenance during the renovation season from June to October, with daily activity scheduled between 10:00am and 5:00pm. residence is in a new luxury beachfront community adjacent to the original Hacienda and the Hotel Breathless.
