La Villa Vista Pacifica est entiĂšrement climatisĂ©e. SituĂ© dans la communautĂ© fermĂ©e exclusive de Pedregal (calme du Pacifique), ce fabuleux domaine de 5 Ă©toiles dispose d'arrĂȘter pierres avec des vues et des sons pittoresques de l'ocĂ©an Pacifique Ă  partir de tous les cinq suites de maĂźtre. ExposĂ©e plein sud, les piscines de la Villa obtiennent soleil toute la journĂ©e, contrairement Ă  certains foyers oĂč le soleil disparaĂźt dans l'aprĂšs-midi.

S'il vous plaßt noter notre politique d'annulation - (60) jour avant la date d'arrivée sera facturé à 20% du montant total du loyer.
Moins de 60 jours seront 50% du montant du loyer.

La salle de sĂ©jour en forme de dĂŽme en plein air est l'endroit idĂ©al pour divertir les invitĂ©s pendant que votre chef prĂ©pare un chef-d'Ɠuvre culinaire dans la cuisine professionnelle Ă©quipĂ©e d'un Ă©quipement de haute qualitĂ© (Sub Zero, Wolf, etc.).

Entrées chaudes, de la biÚre et de l'eau fournie à l'arrivée.

AprÚs le dßner, la retraite à la salle de théùtre de 12 places avec l'état du systÚme de son art de profiter d'une visite privée d'un film avec la famille et les amis.

Plus tard, prendre un bain dans l'une des deux piscines personnalisés situés sur les deux niveaux supérieurs de la succession.

La maison dispose également de trois systÚmes pour assurer pur, l'eau filtrée est fourni à la maison. Toute l'eau de la maison est traitée par une usine de dessalement pour fournir de l'eau fraßche pour boire, se laver et la piscine. L'eau est également traité par un double systÚme de désinfection aux ultraviolets filtration et de haute qualité de 100% de l'eau utilisée dans la maison.

You’re definitely paying for a million dollar view when you rent this house. The bedrooms are all large and the beds all very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more! The main living area on the top floor was beautiful and comfortable for all the guests. The instructions for check in were timely and detailed. We were moving from another air B&B that day and had to be out early but couldn’t check in till 4 and they graciously allowed us to store all our things in their garage until we could check in. We had my daughter, husband and 5 year old flying in that day and I knew they’d be hungry so we stopped at a store at the bottom of the entrance to Pedrigal and picked up some stuff to make appetizers. Much to our surprise when we arrived at check in there were two wonderful ladies making us the most amazing and delicious appetizers! It was a surprise and such a treat. The pools were heated comfortably the entire week and my granddaughter really enjoyed swimming every day. Having said that, the description of the house needs to be updated. The elevator apparently hasn’t worked for months. And it’s only for cargo anyway. The host sent someone to help us with our luggage when we arrived as we are all senior citizens and the stairs are many. The description also said we had access to a gym, but that’s no longer true. The second floor pool area needs updated, stuffing coming out of cushions and broken cane seating on wicker.We put towels over everything and it worked

Our host, Nacole, was extemely prompt and courteous to every inquiry we had before and during our stay. Almost every review I read prior to booking was excellent and properly so. The house was simply amazing and the views were remarkable. We especially enjoyed watching the whales from the wonderfully heated pool when we retired back to the house after whatever adventure we did that day. The bedrooms, showers, amenities were outstanding. The rare less than perfect reviews I read are simply without merit. Any issue one may have could be resolved with one phone call to Dario the concierge. We didn't have any issues that required such a call with the exception of seeing the superbowl. Though there are several channels and streaming services at the home NBC was not available. Dario came over and linked his account to the tv so we got to see the game and the Olympics for the entire week. He also arranged for a chef one night for a fantastic dinner as well as cocktails. The man will arrange anything you want and super attentive. Thank you Nacole and Dario for making this vacation one of the best we've ever had!

It was a wonderful house! The common area around the kitchen and main patio with the pool was amazing, the view! Saw whales from the patio! The bedrooms were large and private so a perfect space for 8 adults. The house came with a concierge service, which helped us get back-and-forth to town with taxis that were so easy and excellent service. In-home Chef Martin and team created some delicious meals for when we didn’t feel like going into town and they also provided a welcome happy hour upon checkin (I would recommend asking for lighter on the mix for the margaritas). A lovely and wonderful week away in Cabo

The property has some overdue maintenance needs - paint cracking in ceiling in several places - the master shower one head doesn't work really, the other has minimal pressure, the door in shower doesn't lock/fully close to pool so many times will be wide open with any breeze, the front door doesn't actually lock. The tile work in the pool is falling off negative edge area, the slide is not a slide. The views are incredible - the overall condition of the property just leaves a bit to be desired. Think of it as a value option with a great view and short walk down to the beach.

Elevator not working and terribly rusted,plenty of exercise lugging suitcases and groceries 4 floors up. had a bad start with no hot water and Was fixed on 2nd day and a visit on third day again to do something. Slide on pool is definitely not usable. Dario the house person was awesome on everything. Great house for the price but a few hiccups someone needs to pay attention to a better maintenance program.

We all had a fabulous time at the house. Perfect location and amazing city in Cabo San Lucas. House accommodated all 12 of us perfectly. Dario greeted us at arrival and gave the best hook ups for touring the city. Already planning to come back soon.

Villa Vista Pacifica did not disappoint

We loved this house, the number of suites w/ bathrooms, incredible views and pools. Communication leading up to the stay was wonderful. Our only disappointment was not being able to drop off groceries before check in but they are gracious in allowing you to drop off luggage early, which was VERY helpful. This older home is stunning, some deferred maintenance but really special nonetheless. We were 3 generations of family 17-78 and we wanted a trip that was built around a shared home with most meals at the house. We rented a car for a few days & relied on private driver to/from the airport and Ubers to/from town. Ubers were 5-10 depending on location, very convenient. Walking down to the Marina was 10-15 minutes, depending on pace. Walking back up was doable but we avoided. Active people did walk down/back to the Pedregal beach every day, beautiful but can’t enter the water . Dario, the onsite person for the house was incredible, so responsive it almost seemed like magic. He greeted us/oriented us to the house, responded to small issues rapidly. Cons: construction at neighboring homes during the weekdays was intense/obnoxious noise all day long. The other disappointment was Chef Martin. We hired him for a dinner and he didn’t show, sent staff instead. They were amazing. Prices changed, the grocery bill was insanely high and hard to get a receipt as is promised. Communication was poor & wouldn’t hire him again. The house is worth it! Beds are amazing! Overall very impressed.

Fantastic Trip!!!

We want to begin by saying we had an amazing week with our family at Villa Vista Pacifica. The views and sunsets were truly outstanding, and the location was perfect. The property is close to the beach and just a short drive to town, making trips to both quick and easy. The neighborhood of Pedregal is beautiful, and we felt safe with the 24/7 gated entrance and security. Pedregal also offers tennis and pickleball courts, a lovely court-side cafĂ©, and the famous private Pedregal beach.However, while the setting and location were excellent, the house itself fell far short of our expectations. It was clear that the property had been well used and lacked the general maintenance it needed. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and all the rooms were spacious with their own bathrooms (except for the bunk room). We traveled with 8 adults and 4 kids, and the kids were incredibly excited about the slide from the upper pool to the lower pool, which we had heard so much about. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the coating on the slide had been coming off and that it wasn’t usable. This was a major disappointment, especially because the kids had been eagerly anticipating this for months. We felt like it had clearly been in disrepair for a while and lacked proper maintenance. Overall the house is amazing!! Just needs a little TLC

Awesome vacation

The house was perfect and wowed the whole family. Host and their team was great and followed up daily to make sure we had what we needed to maximize our time here. Chef service is excellent as well. Walk to town is downhill but doable for everyone in the group coming back is steep but we all made it multiple times. Uber was very affordable for the times we didn’t want to make the walk. The views are worth every step!
