We stayed at this villa expecting a high-end experience given the price point, but encountered several issues.Families should be aware of the layout, one bedroom is located in the front courtyard (between a locked gate and the main door), and another is accessed via an outdoor walkway. This setup may not be ideal for those traveling with young children.There were also multiple maintenance concerns: the pool pump did not appear to be working (a child in our group later developed an ear infection), the hot tub was not clean and the jets didnât function, there was an electrical issue in one bedroom, and a ceiling stain in the primary. Overall, the home would benefit from a thorough deep clean.The private chef was excellentâflexible and especially helpful given some of the service gaps.Unfortunately, several arranged services fell short. We had requested early check-in (which was kindly waived), but the home was not ready. We also arranged for baby equipment (including two pack-and-plays), but only one was provided, resulting in a very stressful first night. The grocery service was delayed, and in hindsight, shopping ourselves would have been easier.We raised these concerns and followed up to reconcile charges but did not receive a response.Overall, the home has potential, but improved coordination, maintenance, and communication are needed to meet expectations at this price point.
