The perfect getaway at The Hacienda Beach Club awaits you in this beautifully decorated 2 BD & 2 1/2 BA fully furnished condo on Medano Beach. Residence 1-404 offers a gourmet kitchen, ocean view main suite, large patios and flat-screen TVs. Enjoy the views of Land`s End and the Sea of Cortez with direct beach access. A world of shopping, dinning, full-service spa and nightlife is all within walking distance. This oceanfront oasis places you in the middle of everything Cabo has to offer.

Guests have full access to the the Hacienda amenities (Beach Club, Fitness Center, Cocina y Cantina Restaurant, Spa, Spa Cafe, Dk`s Bar, Market and much more). 1 hour of housekeeping per day is included with your stay.

This is a private 2 bedroom condo at The Hacienda Beach Club & Residences.

Upon arrival you will check in at the concierge area at the Hacienda Beach Club. One of our hosts will meet you afterwards in the event you want something additional.

This stately property is located in Hacienda, an exclusive and safe 22-acre gated community a few blocks away from Cabo San Lucas`s lively marina, pulsating nightlife, and sophisticated restaurants. The atmosphere inside Hacienda is of a small serene European-style village, featuring hand-hewn stone ledger, Mexican Cantera stone, dark wood accents, and authentic wrought iron detailing.

Medano Beach is a popular stretch of sandy shoreline in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It`s known for its vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of beachfront restaurants, bars, and shops lining the coast. Medano Beach offers stunning views of Land`s End and the iconic rock formations such as the Arch of Cabo San Lucas. It`s a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, water sports like jet skiing and parasailing, and even enjoying a relaxing beachside massage. The beach tends to get busy, especially during peak tourist seasons, but it`s a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Cabo San Lucas.

Hacienda Beach Club & Residences is located steps from the private stretch of Medano Beach, Adjacent to the Marina, and walking distance to all that Cabo has to offer.

We highly recommend Hacienda`s private transportation. We can arrange it through the Hacienda after you book. We also provide an array of services that are not included in the stay (Grocery service, Spa reservations, Chefs, activities, etc).

We really enjoyed your home and the place was great. We really liked the large balcony and the large bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and it’s always nice having a full kitchen. If you want to be near the marina, this place is perfect. It's barely a 5 minute walk. We had 2 fishing trips leaving at 6:30am, so the close proximity to the marina was great. We brought our freshly caught fish to the restaurant and they prepared it for us for dinner. The chef really did a great job and the fish was amazing.

We had a great stay at this Cabo condo. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchen. The concierge was responsive, and daily housekeeping was a huge plus - it made the stay feel easy and stress-free.The property itself is well maintained. The pool and pickleball courts were clean and well managed, with good security and clear rules that kept things organized. Pool and beach service were excellent, and we had no trouble getting beach chairs with umbrellas each day. Pool chairs can go quickly on busy days, so getting there earlier helps.The location is convenient - you can walk a few blocks to grocery stores and restaurants, which we really liked. This unit is in the last building, so it’s a bit of a walk to the main pool, but the Hacienda team was always happy to drive us in a golf cart.The only downside was the noise from Mango Deck Restaurant & Beach Club. Music starts late morning and can go until late at night (sometimes around 1 AM), and you can hear it from the balcony and inside the unit. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for a quieter environment. That said, our kids enjoyed the energy and beachside activity.Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great service and amenities - just know it comes with a lively atmosphere.

Very convenient access to the marina. The south gate of the beach club is right next to the marina, restaurants, shopping, and activities. Hacienda Beach Club is a perfect place to unwind and be taken care of by caring and ambitious hosts/emplyees of the club.

Amazing Accommodations and Resort!

This was our first time visiting Cabo and Hacienda Beach Club Resort, and this unit and resort did not disappoint! We were even more impressed upon seeing in person. Pictures can’t fully capture the exquisite beauty of the property. Will definitely plan on making this our resort destination on future trips here!

Don't hesitate to book this unit!

We've stayed at Hacienda at least a dozen times: this unit was beautifully decorated and we had an easy 4-night stay. Note that it is in building 1 and furthest from the pool/restaurant/fitness center - if that is important to you. It's also closest to the late night antics at the nearby bars.. so there is a noise issue at Spring Break (and perhaps other times), but we knew this in advance and were prepared! I would definitely book here again.
