The Space:

Punta Serena Penthouse by Ronival Property Management is a beautifully 3-bedroom penthouse located in El Tule, one of the most convenient locations, as it is between Cabo San Lucas and San JosĂ© del Cabo. Whether you're heading to the marina for a boat tour, dining in San José’s art district, or simply looking for a peaceful escape, this location puts you within easy reach of it all.



The best part of Punta Serena is its private rooftop terrace, a true outdoor haven overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from your very own dipping pool, fire up the BBQ grill, dine under the shade at the outdoor table, or relax on the lounge chairs with a cold drink and your favorite show playing on the outdoor TV.



Inside, you’ll find a peaceful and refined atmosphere with thoughtfully curated dĂ©cor and high-quality furnishings throughout. Each of the three bedrooms has air conditioning, en suite bathrooms, and a layout designed for comfort: the master bedroom features a king-size bed and sliding doors that lead out to the private balcony, fully equipped with lounge chairs. The first guest bedroom offers one queen-size bed, and the second guest bedroom includes two single beds, perfect for families or groups.

Cabo Real Golf Club is just a 10-minute drive away, offering a challenging 18-hole course amidst stunning desert scenery. For adventure seekers, Wild Canyon Adventures is nearby, featuring activities like bungee jumping and camel rides. If you're looking to explore underwater beauty, the world-renowned Chileno Bay for snorkeling is also easily accessible.

This road is mostly known as the Golden Corridor, for its value in fun and adventure, just behind El Tule beach, which has more than a mile of beach. Airport transportation can be arranged privately or by RONIVAL Concierge Service.

The condo was great with lots of space for two couples. I especially enjoyed the upper deck with the lounge chairs and pool. The temperature of the water was too cool for my liking but it was good for dipping your feet in. The views from both decks were amazing. From sunrises to sunsets, fireworks and whale watching, it was amazing. The hosts were very welcoming and were always there to answer any questions we had immediately. Thanks to Barbie, Sharol and Ale. The location is halfway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo which was perfect for visiting both places. We brought our small dog which was approved by the hosts but the condo HOA was obviously not happy having a pet visiting as we were warned twice about having him off leash and not picking up after him. Both were untrue so just be aware of this if you bring yours. Sharol was very helpful in dealing with this upsetting situation and it was settled without further conversations. Overall it is a beautiful condo and I would return in the future.
