Welcome to this spacious and inviting villa, perfect for groups and families seeking a relaxing escape. Located just minutes from Combate Beach, this property offers a comfortable and versatile space for your vacation.
The villa features an open-concept living area with plenty of seating for everyone. It’s the ideal spot to unwind, with high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there’s a dining table for everyone to gather around.
Bedrooms: Three cozy and spacious bedrooms, each with comfy beds and fresh linens
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed
Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed
Bedroom 3: Two sets of bunk beds (4 beds total)
Bathroom: A full bath with essential toiletries, located near the pool area
Outdoor Area: Enjoy the refreshing pool, or challenge your friends to a game of pool in the lounge area. There's also a balcony or patio where you can relax outdoors.
Additional amenities include free parking on the premises, a microwave, coffee maker, and more, making this villa your home away from home. Ideal for long stays or short visits, this space will provide everything you need for a comfortable and memorable getaway.
Please note that Puerto Rico occasionally experiences unplanned power outages due to a national issue beyond our control. While we do our best to ensure a comfortable stay, there may be times during your visit when a power outage occurs. We appreciate your understanding and patience in case this happens

**GENERAL RULES:**
-RESPECT THE COMMUNITY
-SHOUTING AND ARGUING OUT LOUD IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES.
-LOUD MUSIC IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES.
-You will be told to leave the Airbnb IMMEDIATELY if a fight and or arguing occurs.
-Pets are not allowed. (Fee: $350)
-Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. (Fee: $350 for Tobacco/Marijuana odor and/or ashes)
-Do NOT damage towels and bedsheets with makeup or other substances. Please use makeup removal.
-Any damages to property will be charged.
-Do not hang anything on the balcony. You will pay for any city police penalty.
-Parties, Events, and Visitors are NOT allowed unless agreed beforehand with the host. The maximum number of guests is two (2). (Fee: $120 for each additional person per night)
Disclaimer /Adhesion Contract:
After Hurricane Maria, the Puerto Rican power grid has gone into a transitional phase which includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of various distribution lines, power transformers, as well numerous upgrades to the various power generation plants themselves. As such, and although very scarce, intermittent power interruptions may occur at any point, affecting from only a few, to the whole island.
Conforming the above stated, if a listing DOES NOT ADVERTISE an emergency backup power generator, the host will not refund any amount of the stay for any inconvenience suffered by the guest as a result of said power interruption. We know first hand of the hardships associated with a power outage, that said these occurrences are well beyond our control for which we cannot assume any economical responsibility.
If you’re staying at an apartment, chances are that the artificial water pumps that pressurize the building’s water lines may be affected by the outages and / or city water line repairs and maintenance. Again, these are very rare occurrences but again, if it’s beyond our control, no reimbursements, full or partial, will be given.
Last, but not least, Please take into consideration that you’re visiting a tropical island for which throughout most of the year, the weather is hot and humid, hence, insects are much more abundant here they are very much a part of our ecosystem. We always do our part in performing a monthly exterminating job in all the listings but this is not an absolute guarantee that it will be 100% effective. Insects may make their way to property at anytime, especially if food is left around, undisposed trash, or there’s a lot of cooking at the unit. This is common in all the tropics so be aware that you may encounter them but again, we will not be issuing refunds for said occurrences since they’re beyond our due diligence by exterminating the property regularly. We don't offer lifeguard or any supervision on the pool. We are not responsible for any incident.
Our Working Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 10pm. From Saturday to Sunday from 9am to 4pm. For quality porpoises and for full documentation, all conversations will be from the chat of the platform.
