The Space:

This ground-floor beachy condo is located in the gated community of Costa del Mar, just minutes from El Combate Beach on the southwestern coast of the island near the town of Cabo Rojo. The area surrounding El Combate Beach showcases a serene and unspoiled atmosphere, ideal for exploration., offering visitors a peaceful escape from the crowds and a chance to connect with nature. In the area, there are a few local eateries and bars where visitors can enjoy fresh seafood and tropical drinks while taking in the breathtaking views. Need something more? El Poblado de Boquerón is only about a 20-minute drive away!



Though you’ll be only steps from the beach, the community offers a wonderful pool with awesome ocean views, perfect for watching a colorful sunset.



Convenience on vacation is everything! That’s why we’ve provided you with all the most important things you need in the kitchen for preparing meals, plus a stacked washer and dryer! There’s a coffee maker for your morning kick-start and a blender for afternoon mixers. To enjoy a sit-down meal inside, the dining table can comfortably seat 4, and there are 2 chairs at the breakfast bar.



After a fun day, when you’re ready to relax, the sitting room offers a comfy sofa facing a Smart TV that can connect to your streaming accounts.



When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate 5 guests as such:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed & ensuite full bath

Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (bunk bed) + 1 pull-out single bed



Please note that air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms. The kitchen, living room, and dining room do not have air conditioning.

The condo is located just minutes from El Combate Beach, where there are a few local eateries and bars where visitors can enjoy fresh seafood and tropical drinks while taking in breathtaking views. El Combate Beach is also close to other attractions in Cabo Rojo, about a 20-minute drive away. Additionally, if you want to explore the downtown area of Cabo Rojo, the main town square is just a 20-minute drive from the beach.



Getting Around:

The property is situated approximately 188 km | 117 mi from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). If you opt for Aguadilla, Airport BQN is just an hour away.

Guests have 2 free parking spots on site in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations. It provides flexibility and allows you to access the island's stunning beaches, mountainous terrain, and hidden gems at your own pace. Additionally, Puerto Rico's size makes driving between different regions relatively manageable, with nearby roads connecting major attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island, and with that comes the occasional power outage, which can happen unexpectedly and is unfortunately beyond our control. While these are typically brief, we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur during your stay.



The road leading to the property is part of the island's rustic charm, it may have some bumps or potholes along the way. We recommend driving slowly and cautiously to ensure a smooth arrival.



Being in the heart of the tropics means you may encounter mosquitoes and other local bugs. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort, especially during the evenings or when enjoying outdoor spaces.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are allowed for a fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week! Should you need anything - just send us a message!
