Longer Stays

For stays of 14 nights or longer, guests will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. This agreement helps us comply with local requirements while protecting the property, and will be sent in advance for review.

Super Neighbor Policy

Due to County and HOA regulations, the following are additional rules that must be adhered to. Any violations will result in a $200 fine:

Occupancy is 8 and absolutely no additional people are allowed on the premises.

As this implies, absolutely no events or large gatherings

Parking is in the Driveway only (No Street Parking)

Noise ordinances must be obeyed from 10pm-8am (respectful voice and music levels both inside and outside the property at these times)

Adhering to the speed limit

There must be no loose trash in the yard (it can blow into neighbors yards or attract bears and other pests)

Smoke Hole Caverns (distance from house - 30 mins): Guided cave tours — fun and educational for families.



Seneca Rocks (distance from house - 30 mins): Iconic rock formation with a family-friendly trail to the top and breathtaking views.
