Our western-themed farmhouse accommodates up to 10 guests, perfect for business, family getaways, or wedding weekends. Offering an agritourism experience—enjoy shopping our seasonal Farm Market, book a farm tour, flower bouquet class, or farm experience with our pygmy goats.

This updated turn-of-the-century farmhouse features original hardwood floors and trim throughout, blending historic charm with modern comfort. The bedrooms are located upstairs and accessed by a wooden staircase with a landing. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, the second bedroom includes a twin/twin trundle along with a full bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The home includes two full bathrooms—one on the main floor and one upstairs. For additional sleeping space, there is a large couch on the main floor and two electric air mattresses (one twin and one queen), allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. An additional guest fee of $35 per guest, per night applies after 7 guests.

Parkside Farm is a working agritourism farm, by renting the whole home you acknowledge and grant permission to hosts, volunteers and farm hands the ability to have access to:
- Garage outside of rental and barn behind rental
- Crops, flower plots and commodities on property
- Maple tree grove and sap collection processing
- Yard for mowing and landscaping
- In winter, sidewalks and driveway for snow removal

In addition, please be aware as a working agritourism farm, we are family-friendly and offer farm tours, classes and educational opportunities that may require use and access to the acreage surrounding the rental, crops, flower plots, commodities, maple tree grove and barn behind rental.

VRBO RENTAL IS ONLY FOR INVITEES ON THE RESERVATION BOOKED BY THE RESPONSIBLE GUEST. No additional guests or visitors (Unauthorized Invitees) are permitted on the property or in the home throughout the duration of the booked stay. We are a working farm and this is for safety, liability, platform policy adherence and insurance policy reasons. We stop by daily in the summer and fall to water the outdoor plants, crops and landscaping if necessary due to high temperatures and are available to answer any questions.

• Strict no smoking of any kind or vaping is allowed on the premises, inside the home or outdoors. This includes e-cigarettes, cigars and cannabis. If not be abided by, this will result in a cancelled reservation, requiring immediate departure of guests plus any additional cleaning fees charged to guest account. If you plan to smoke this is not the right rental for you, as a result we desire potential guests to find a rental home that fits their smoking needs and expectations.

• The person (Responsible Guest) who booked the reservation is required to stay on the premises for the duration of the booked stay.

• By booking our VRBO you are agreeing to the latter terms and are under agreement should the rules be updated prior and/or during the duration of booking and stay.

• Non-compliance of the house rules could result in a cancelled reservation, requiring immediate departure of guests.

• No illegal drugs or underage drinking allowed on premises at any time, indoor or outdoor. Should this not be abided by, local authorities will be contacted.

• Guests may not bring their own grills or outdoor firepits to use of any kind. Fireworks on the premises are strictly prohibited.

• No pets or animals. If not be abided by, this will result in a cancelled reservation, requiring immediate departure of guests plus any additional cleaning fees charged to Responsible Guest's account.

• Please remove shoes in the provided mud room inside the entrance of the home before entering.

• No burning of candles, incense or otherwise, inside the home.

• Any use of the outdoor firepit shall be contained and monitored at all times. The firepit and outdoor premises are only provided and for use by those registered for the duration of booked stay. Please clean up after use if utilizing the outdoor premises. Firepit has shared access to host if necessary.

• Moving of décor, furniture (other than office and dining room chairs) or other functional elements of the VRBO is prohibited.

• Sticking, tacking, nailing, taping or adhering anything to the walls, doors, property or premises is prohibited.

• All guests (Invitees) must be registered. There is a maximum of 10 occupants within the VRBO. No parties permitted. No additional guests or visitors (Unauthorized Invitees) permitted on the property and premises that are not included on the VRBO booking reservation.

• Please do not remove cords to the televisions or disconnect Wi-Fi router, outdoor security cameras or other devices from home.

• In case of any home or premises emergency (fire – also call 911, electrical issues, water leaks, etc) before or after quiet hours of 10pm to request host dispatch for help, every effort should be made to contact host in the event of an emergency.

• We require guests (Responsible Guests and Invitees) to respect our VRBO, premises, property and surrounding neighbors. We have a strict quiet hour policy from 10pm to 8am.

• Checking out after 11:00am is not permitted without prior approval and early check in prior to 3pm is not permitted without prior approval to allow ample time to clean and prepare for incoming booking reservations.

• Damages to the premises of any kind or missing or broken décor will be billed to the Responsible Guest's account whom the booking reservation is under.

• Prior to checkout please follow the check-out checklist provided in the binder that can be found on the kitchen island. We appreciate cooperation and adherence to our check out checklist and policies.
