Belle propriĂ©tĂ© dans un cadre privĂ© avec une vue magnifique sur le front de mer. Trois chambres et 2 salles de bains avec un garage 2 voitures. 2 kayaks et matĂ©riel de pĂȘche inclus!
Lancez les kayaks directement de votre arriĂšre-cour ou prenez la promenade de deux minutes pour rejoindre la plage privĂ©e de l’association privĂ©e pour profiter du soleil et du sable. Cet endroit possĂšde certaines des meilleures activitĂ©s de pĂȘche dans la rĂ©gion, y compris la pĂȘche Ă  la mouche! DĂ©solĂ©, je n'ai pas actuellement de canne Ă  mouche.
La maison a une grande disposition familiale avec un comptoir de 9 pieds de long Ă  la cuisine ouverte sur le salon. Il y a aussi une table Ă  manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  7. Il y a une salle de bain complĂšte au niveau principal.
La cuisine est grande et ouverte et facilement accessible au salon. La cuisine est prĂȘte pour tout type de cuisine, mais tous les types de bonne nourriture sont Ă  5-10 minutes en voiture.
Il y a une salle de repos au niveau principal pour que les enfants ou le pĂšre puissent regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision en privĂ© avec des portes-fenĂȘtres pour rĂ©duire le bruit tout en restant Ă  portĂ©e de vue de la famille.
Les 3 chambres sont toutes à l'étage avec une trÚs grande salle de bain zen. La salle de bain a une vue magnifique, une immense baignoire et une douche séparée.
Les 3 chambres sont toutes meublées avec des lits queen size et il y a un assortiment de draps et de couvertures. Deux des chambres sont trÚs grandes et une offre une vue magnifique sur la baie. Il n'y a pas de maßtre en-suite.
Le sous-sol comprend une table de ping-pong et un jeu de fléchettes électronique pour plus de divertissement. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse que vous pouvez utiliser.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Cape Cod Beaches. Parmi les prestations de cet hébergement, on compte un centre de fitness et une laverie. Une cuisine et 2.5 plusieurs salles de bain sont disponibles dans cette maison de vacances.

My family had an amazing stay. The house was very comfortable and clean. The location was beautiful and very relaxing. The neighborhood was very beautiful and quiet, the beach is right around the corner. My son and husband loved the pool table! There was plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen to cook, and even some food in the cupboards. Medications, towels, sheets and even beach towels accessible in the house. We are hoping to go back again!

The Great Escape Cod!

The house was very relaxing and comfortable. We felt right at home. The view of Buttermilk Bay from the deck is beautiful. The private beach was not far by kayak or by foot. We enjoyed the kayaks, fishing and walking and sitting on the beach, The pool table was added fun to our time there. We also enjoyed reading the sayings around the house. Russell was very responsive to all of our questions. We really enjoyed our time away there!

Tranquil Bay Front Getaway

This was a very relaxing trip. The area was private and the view of the bay and all of the wildlife was beautiful.The house had everything we could have wanted. It is bright and airy.Russell was so accommodating. The multiple decks and fire pit made the trip even better.

Home away from home

My family enjoyed the property. Neighborhood was quiet. House was clean and well-appointed. Loved the view in the backyard and the screened in area for our dog to stay secure to do her business. Nearby private beach was fun for the kids to find shells and skip stones. We enjoyed using the fire pit and the pool table.

Home away from home

Property had it all. (Inside) It was completely furnished with whatever you need. From the kitchen to the 2 1/2 bathrooms to the three bedrooms. ... it was was well stocked. Pool table came in handy in the basement with the one rainy day that we experienced. (Outside) The views from the two decks overlooking the Bay was beautiful! Saw everything from fish, birds, turkeys and even racoons. Used the charcoal grill and the firepit several times. A plus was the private beach a very short walk away. Our Son's dog loved to swim there. In fact at low tide he was able to venture out to the middle of the bay since the water level was so low. Hilarious. On a side note....special thanx to Russell. Since the place was actually available a few days before and a few days after our week long stay Russell extended an invitation for us to stay an extra few days if we had the chance ... at no charge. What Owner does that?!?!? Unfortunately we could not but that was so very nice of him to offer. Cannot go wrong when staying at a place with such a caring Owner. With so much to do around town (Beaches/Whale Watching/museums/restaurants/Mini Golf/etc) it's a great place to stay. Highly recommend it!

Excellent house and fabulous location

As a family of for we stayed at this house and had an excellent time. The house was spacious, clean, well equipped and the host even provided toothbrushes and make up wipes in case you forgot something. View over the lake is amazing however due to some rain access to the lake with the provided kayaks seems to be tricky. Having a pool table in the basement was greatly appreciated by my kids (and myself). I can only recommend this house.

Perfect Getaway

Russell really does go above and beyond to make sure that visitors feel right at home. He provides all the comforts to make you feel like you are visiting family. The teenagers loved the kayaks, pool table, and going fishing. We were able to get on the Cape quickly to do sightseeing/beach time there as well. This is the first time that we took our 2 year old goldendoodle on a vacation. We were worried about how he would do. However, this was the perfect place for him as well! Thanks so much, Russell for everything! We would love to make a trip back in the future!

Peace and tranquility

We have stayed in many scenic places. This is stunningly beautiful. From each of the two elevated porches, we could watch as the tide slowly rolled in. We could hear the birds chirping and see a pair of swans gliding across the tidal basin. This is a lovely home, and Russell thought of everything down to toothbrushes and make up wipes. Very comfortable beds with quality linens. No need to sweep up, the Robo vac takes off every morning at 10 AM. We didn’t do much cooking, but everything you could possibly need is there including a vast array of spices. The house has Comcast Xfinity, and you can also connect to Netflix and Hulu thru the Roku provided. We enjoyed two family owned restaurants nearby, Leo’s for breakfast and Mezza Luna for dinner. We are golfers, and played Waverly Oaks and Pinehills in Plymouth as well as the Brookside club. Just over the Bourne Bridge. We highly recommend!

Well stocked and furnished house in a nice quiet neighborhood

Also the house was very clean and everything in working order. Beautiful views of Buzzards Bay. Close to several good restaurants for dine-in or carry-out. Good location for visits to Cape Cod and a few nearby state and local parks.

Tidal salt marsh in the front yard

Beautifully decorated, cozy home with fascinating tidal salt marsh in the front yard with associated crabs and birds. Quiet, peaceful with two decks and a newly installed firepit. Russell, the owner, is responsive and generous. Property is well maintained. Would recommend!

Absolutely perfect!

This property is immaculately maintained and has tons of well thought out details. We enjoyed the community beach that is about a four minute walk away and enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding just from the house. The pool table downstairs was a fun bonus and the two porches are perfect for quiet morning coffee and family lunches
Our family loved it! Communication with the owner was very fluid, he was there to help at anytime, just one text away..

Lovely place on the water

This is our second year staying at this property in Bourne. It was so lovely. It is has full kitchen, multiple decks to sit out and watch the water, kayaks and plenty of board games in the evening. We had a really relaxing stay.

Relaxing getaway!

Had a great and relaxing week. Really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning and evenings. Russell was very easy to communicate with, responding almost immediately when we did need to ask any questions. We could walk to the private beach or take a 5 minute ride into town and walk around, there was plenty to do.
