David and Ewan on reception went above and beyond to accommodate me, and were extremely hospitable and helpful. They helped find me a very quiet room, which is what I was looking for, in order to rest and sleep after a long journey.

David the night shift manager was extremely kind and accommodating, and my stay was fine.

Overall property was very nice and almost everything I liked, only Tina-receptionist treated us like lower class guests, we had a problem with the check-in of the hotel and she told us to wait and get out of the line until she served all the people in the line, often more guests entered the hotel, and it was over 1.5 hours before she took care of us. Very disappointing.

Unable to find parking at the hotel car park , otherwise stay was fine , room spacious and clean.

Liked that we got moved into a nicer room without any fuss, after finding our original room had poo on loo seat, holes in door and was smaller than advertised

I booked a standard double room as per the photos on the site and the size of 14sqm this was a box room no where near 14sqm that you couldn't walk down one side of the bed and if the bed was pushed 6 inches over you couldnt open the bathroom door.
