General
The 46 sqm 3-room apartment (non-smoking) is located on the first floor of a listed building renovated in 2025 and can accommodate two adults and two children. Public parking spaces (partly with costs) are within walking distance.
Living area
The spacious living and dining area is furnished with a sofa and a dining table (120 cm x 75 cm). For a cozy TV evening, there is a 43" TV with cable connection. You can also use your Netflix account on it. Of course, we provide you with fast, wireless internet access throughout the apartment free of charge.
Sleeping area
You will sleep in a separate bedroom in a high-quality box spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm), for which we will provide you with bed linen. In another bedroom, you can accommodate up to two children in a bunk bed (90 cm x 200 cm). For a well-rested sleep, you also have the option to darken the windows with plissés. In addition, a clothes rail and other storage options provide space for your luggage.
Kitchen
In the high-quality kitchenette you will find an induction hob with two cooking plates, an oven with integrated microwave function and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. The carefully selected kitchen utensils will help you cook and enjoy. Our basic equipment also includes salt, pepper and sugar. For the preparation of coffee and tea, a coffee machine and a kettle are at your disposal.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom with shower has a towel heater and enough storage space for your personal cosmetic products. Towels and a hairdryer are provided by us.
Other equipment
In the entrance area of the apartment there is a coat rack. Within the building complex you will find a washing machine with detergent and a dryer. You can use these for a fee of âŹ2.50 per wash or dry. The payment and reservation of the machines is uncomplicated via the app "WeWash". A laundry rack, an iron, an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are available for your use in the laundry room.

Our apartment house "Buxtehude â Altstadt" is located in the middle of the old town in the pedestrian zone of the beautiful city Buxtehude. If you arrive by train, you can reach our apartments from the train station Buxtehude in about 15 minutes on foot.
Check-in & check-out
You can arrive from 4 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10 am. If these times are not convenient for you, please ask us before your arrival. Access to the apartment is contactless via a pin code, so you can flexibly arrange your arrival time. You will receive the necessary information in time before your arrival.

Our apartment house âBuxtehude â Altstadtâ is located in the middle of the old town of the beautiful city Buxtehude. From the windows you can see the pretty St.-Petri-church and the adjacent pedestrian zone, where Buxtehudeâs farmers market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday, as well as popular cultural events during the summer months. The cozy old town with many small cafes, restaurants, and owner-operated stores, all within walking distance, invites you to stroll and linger.
Additionally, Buxtehude offers numerous bicycle and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, which showcase the Alte Land with its thatched old farmhouses, the Elbe river and the dike area. With its very good public transportation connections, Buxtehude is also an optimal starting point for day trips to Hamburg (Elbphilharmonie, Reeperbahn), Cuxhaven (North Sea), Stade (picturesque old town) or the Alte Land (apple blossom, various farm stores).
The nearest larger supermarket is located about 600 m (about 9 minutesâ walk) from our apartments. An organic food store, a drugstore, a pharmacy, a health food store as well as various bakers and banks are all less than 300 m (about 5 minutesâ walk) from our location.
Buxtehude is directly connected to both the A26 freeway and the federal highway B73 and is therefore very easy to reach by car from Hamburg as well as from Cuxhaven. A large parking lot including a charging station for electric cars is about 150 m (about 2 minutesâ walk) away from our location. If you arrive by train, you can reach our apartments from the train station Buxtehude in about 15 minutes (1.1 km) on foot.

Our five apartments at our site âBuxtehude â Altstadtâ are located in an old building dating back to 1615 which was newly renovated in 2025. With a size between 21 sqm and 48 sqm, the apartments each offer enough space for two to four people. A washing machine and a dryer are available for shared use on the top floor of the apartment building.
All apartments feature a modern and high-quality furnished combined living and dining area with a sofa corner (except for Apartment 3), sideboard with cable TV and a dining table. Each apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed. Apartment 1 also offers additional sleeping accommodations. Each apartment also has a modern bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, an oven as well as a stove and various kitchen utensils, completes your temporary home. A fast Wi-Fi access, towels and bed linen as well as all utilities are included in our accommodation prices.
