With four generously sized queen bedrooms, everyone can enjoy a comfortable and restful stay. The master suite includes a private ensuite with a shower, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.
The home features three separate living areas, giving you the space to spread out and enjoy your own timeâwhether itâs a movie night on one of the two 75-inch TVs, a quiet afternoon reading, or catching up over drinks in the formal lounge.
At the heart of the home is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with quality finishes and ample space for cooking and entertaining. It flows seamlessly into the open-plan dining and living areas, making it easy to enjoy meals together and spend time as a group.
Comfort is a priority, with reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living area and master bedroom, and ceiling fans in the remaining bedrooms. Thereâs also a dedicated study for added convenience.
Outside, the home offers a fully enclosed garden with a covered entertaining area and easy-care greenery in raised planter boxesâperfect for enjoying the fresh coastal air. A double garage with rear access and secure side gates adds extra peace of mind.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.
We're pet friendly - but local regulations mean that your furry friend cannot be left unattended in the home at any time.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
No parties â quiet after 10pm. No smoking even outside or within the complex. Please note that the ownerâs elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 8 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
