Cinque Stelle is an immaculately presented, ultra-modern home that ticks all the boxes. Private but open to the countryside, it offers very comfortable, high-quality facilities integrated into a beautiful Australian rural setting. \n\nThere are three spacious bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a wonderful living\/kitchen\/meals area. This opens via large glass sliding doors onto a large covered timber deck in a natural garden setting with magnificent views over the adjacent vineyard.
The Space:
We have equipped Cinque Stelle to be ideal for small to mid-sized families or couples, with sleeping for up to six persons. Relax on either of the two decks and soak up the winter sun in the morning, or sip one of the local premium wines during the summer afternoons and evenings.
The property is ideally located in a beautiful rural setting. Play tennis on the community court a short walk away, or relax and watch the kangaroos, kookaburras, and other animal and bird life abound.
Note: We are currently not hosting Leavers at this time.
Guest Access:
The key to Cinque Stelle is accessed via a locked box, to which you will be given the code before arrival. The whole villa is yours for your family and friends to enjoy.
The Neighborhood:
You have easy access to the beautiful Smiths Beach/ Lamontâs Restaurant (8 minutes away); or swim, surf or have a meal at the pub in Yallingup (12 min); or go south to the Margaret River beaches and vineyards (25 minutes) and caves (40 min); or in the other direction to Dunsborough (15 min) or Busselton (30 min) for shopping and sightseeing, especially the famous Busselton Jetty. Cinque Stelle is an easy three-hour drive from Perth (a bit more if traffic is heavy).
Further afield you can steep yourself in the natural beauty of this area, such as the national parks with their karri forests, unsurpassed swimming and surf beaches and secluded coves. Or if you prefer there are wonderful wineries, breweries, olive farms, chocolate makers, cheese factories, as well as galleries showcasing Western Australia artists and artisans.
Everything has been thought through to ensure your stay is enjoyable:
âą The outdoor areas of the house are superb and well furnished;
âą the air-con will keep you warm or cool no matter the weather;
âą the living space is generous, and the dining table seats eight;
âą the kitchen features large oven, dishwasher, quality cutlery, plates, glasses and platters, with a large fridge/freezer to store all the supplies.
Other amenities include a large TV, a DVD player with a library of DVDs. All linen is provided. There is a washing machine & dryer, and a baby cot and high-chair are available.
There is plenty of convenient parking, including a carport; and there is a BBQ and plenty of outdoor furniture.
Recently, after months of nothing happening, builders have started work on a house across the road. They do not seem to be there often and when is unpredictable. They are supposed to advise us if anything noisy is about to happen. If you stay and it is an issue please advise us immediately and we will follow up. There are bylaws banning outdoor speakers/radios etc, but the bylaws are silent on the issue of building noise.
Other Things to Note:
* Bookings that include a Friday or Saturday night must be for at least three nights.
* Afternoon check-out may be possible - requests can be made a few days before arrival.
* We will not make bookings more than six months in advance. Please do not 'make up' dates to contact us to ask for dates not marked as available - it messes up the Airbnb system, and we do not accept longer-term bookings.
* Telstra is the best and sometimes only mobile service available (we have a Telstra signal booster in the house.
* We also have plentiful high-speed internet, so data calls may be the best option).
* There is an un-fenced farm dam on a separate property about 100 metres away.
* We are currently not hosting Leavers at this time.
