The impressive and spacious country style kitchen will have you cooking up a storm in style. Includes copious bench space with an island breakfast bench, and all modern appliances including gas stovetop, 3 electric ovens with steam and baking functions, a coffee machine and a dishwasher.
Enjoy a family meal at the luxurious 10-seater dining table with the comfort of a split system heating and cooling unit for year-round climate control.
The sunken living area is bathed in natural light from the large surrounding windows, and is the perfect place to admire the views and unwind after a day exploring the South West. The area boasts an expansive lounge, Smart TV and a grand wood fireplace that provides ambience and warmth on those chilly winter evenings, while the ceiling fans are a welcomed addition in the warmer months.
Guest wing on the left boasts a main suite with a King bed, walk in robe, a/c, ceiling fan and direct balcony access; the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee. Also offers a private ensuite with walk in shower, smart toilet and vanity.

Tucked away on the lower level is a kids retreat with 2 x bunk beds, a couch and convenient kitchenette. Bathroom on this level offers a shower and w/c. Patio and outdoor grassed area can be accessed via sliding doors.
The expansive outdoor balcony is sure to become the favourite destination of your stay. A comfy lounge suite, 8-seater dining setting and gas BBQ provides the perfect setting for a sundowner with friends or a place to enjoy a BBQ feast while overlooking the magnificent valley vistas and spot the friendly local kangaroos. External outdoor blinds are conveniently provided.
A fantastic outdoor firepit is in the ideal position to sit around with family or friends and admire the views over the tree tops as the sun sets over the valley (for use outside of fire ban season only).

Venture further along Caves Road for 13km to indulge in a delicious lunch at Masseria Restaurant paired with a fantastic wine tasting at Cherubino Cellar Door, or a laid-back afternoon at Swings & Roundabouts just 9 minutes away.
