The master bedroom is situated in its own wing of the house and offers a king bed, ceiling fan, a/c, and TV. Also featuring a large walk in robe and an ensuite with dual vanity and rain head walk in shower.

The expansive decked outdoor entertaining alfresco offers another 8 seater dining table and a ceiling fan, perfect to enjoy a meal on warm summer evenings whilst watching the local kangaroos and birdlife at play. Several other seating areas are scattered across the wrap around decked area, with enough space for everyone to soak in the views. Soak up the serenity, enjoy a BBQ with the gas BBQ provided, or enjoy a firepit and sundowner with friends and make incredible family memories.
The brilliant brand new sparkling below ground pool is the perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring the region. The lush lawns and grassed area provide a place for the kids to run and play, featuring full size soccer goals when the whole family want to get involved in a game. Table tennis and a dartboard are situated in the covered area found by following the walkway from the main house.

A 3-minute drive will have you at either Goanna Bush Café or Commonage Coffee; two extremely delightful venues that offer delicious breakfasts and coffees. Dunsborough town centre is an 11 minute drive away
