Just ten minutes’ drive to Dunsborough and nearby beaches.
The Space:
Framed by native gardens and open farmland, this homestead offers a relaxed, earthy ambience with timber finishes, pitched ceilings and soft natural light throughout. It’s a place to slow down, with spaces that flow easily between indoors and out.
The living area centres around comfortable seating and a fireplace-style warmth, creating an inviting spot for quiet evenings or time together after a day exploring. Large windows draw in greenery from every angle, reinforcing the connection to the surrounding landscape.
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with gas cooking, a pod coffee machine and ample bench space to prepare and share meals. Nearby, the dining area provides a welcoming setting for long lunches or dinner with friends, while additional outdoor dining areas extend the experience into the fresh air.
Step outside to multiple alfresco zones, including a verandah perfect for morning coffee and a BBQ and pizza oven for relaxed entertaining. The outdoor wellness area is a highlight; shared with the neighbouring cottage, it features an infrared sauna, a freestanding bath and a copper shower set against natural surrounds, ideal for stargazing soaks or warming up on cooler evenings.
Bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for comfort and flexibility, with three queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with two king-single beds. Bathrooms are well-appointed, including one with a soaking tub for a more indulgent wind-down.

The region is also renowned for its wineries, including Aravina Estate, Wild Hop and Clairault, all within easy driving distance for tastings and long lunches.
