The Space:

Tucked away in an elevated setting, this retreat offers contemporary design and sweeping views of bushland and native wildlife. Sink into sofas in the inviting living room where a Smart TV and a log fireplace set the scene for cosy evenings. During winter months, a small starting supply of timber, firelighters and matches are provided. Additional wood can be purchased from the local hardware store or service station.



Create delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher, and sleek stone benchtop with seating for four—perfect for casual breakfasts. A bi-fold servery window connects the kitchen to the deck, where you can sip your morning coffee at the rustic timber bar. Share meals around the dining table for nine, framed by lush greenery views. Step onto the spacious deck to fire up the BBQ, sip wine as you recline on outdoor seating, or toast marshmallows around the firepit as kangaroos graze nearby.



Drift into a restful sleep in four stylish bedrooms, each with peaceful bushland views. Unwind in the primary suite, watching your favourite TV show from the king bed. Refresh in the opulent ensuite, complete with a rain shower and modern vanity. Settle into the second king-sized bedroom, featuring a tallboy for easy storage, and retreat to its ensuite with a double vanity and rain shower. Snuggle up with a book in the third king-sized bedroom or make memories in the fun-filled fourth bedroom, designed with two bunk beds—ideal for children or groups. Rinse off in the family bathroom, featuring a rain shower, freestanding bathtub, and elegant vanity.



Stay productive in the dedicated workspace, featuring a chair, dual monitors, a printer, and ample desk space. Enjoy year-round comfort with ducted air conditioning throughout the home. Maintain your laundry routine with a washer and dryer. Arrive with ease with free secure on-site parking.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Start your day at Goanna Bush Café with their famous gnocchi and fresh coffee, just a four-minute drive from home. Spend the afternoon exploring Margaret River’s renowned wineries, sipping bold Cabernet Sauvignon, elegant Chardonnay, and crisp Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends at Forester Estate, Abbey Vale, or Peccavi, all within a four-minute drive. For lunch, head to Aravina Estate, just six minutes away, where wood-fired pizzas and craft beer pair perfectly with vineyard views. Then, challenge yourself to a round at Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club, just eleven minutes away, before wandering through the town centre, where boutique shops, charming cafés, and restaurants await.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the carport.



Airport: 28 minutes drive by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public Transport: There are no public transport options nearby.
