The Space:
Nestled amongst three acres of native bushland, this distinctive two-storey limestone home captures the coastal charm of Eagle Bay, with wraparound verandas overlooking the surrounding trees and glimpses of the ocean beyond. Frequent visits from kangaroos and native birdlife create a peaceful retreat immersed in the beauty of Cape Naturaliste.
The upper level is designed for gathering, with a light-filled living room offering generous seating, air conditioning and seamless access to the surrounding deck. Nearby, a dedicated library creates a quiet corner for reading, while the spacious dining area invites long meals with family and friends. The well-appointed chef's kitchen includes generous bench space, a breakfast bar with stools and essential appliances.
Downstairs, a second lounge offers another welcoming place to unwind with a large TV, books, board games and table tennis, allowing everyone to spread out and enjoy the home at their own pace. A dedicated home office provides a comfortable workspace with peaceful bushland views.
Outside, wraparound verandas provide multiple places to enjoy the changing light throughout the day, from sunrise coffee overlooking the trees to afternoon drinks surrounded by birdsong. Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the third is ideal for families or groups, offering two bunk beds and its own lounge area for relaxing together. Three bathrooms, a separate laundry area, and on-site parking add convenience throughout your stay.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers' bookings at any time of the year.
Firewood:
A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.
Pet Policy:
This property is pet-friendly. A $95 pet fee applies per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets permitted. All pets must be approved before arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time. Guests must ensure pets are supervised throughout their stay, and noise restrictions still apply. All pet waste must be cleaned up, and any excess mess, waste, or animal hair left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Rental Agreement:
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
