Outside, the covered patio, landscaped gardens and firepit invite peaceful moments in the fresh air. With garage parking, enclosed outdoor spaces, and Dunsborough's beaches, cafés and attractions nearby, it's an ideal base for exploring the Margaret River region.



The Space:

Thoughtfully designed for memorable coastal getaways, this welcoming retreat offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces for gathering and spending quality time together. At its heart, the spacious living area features a large sectional lounge, TV and exposed brick fireplace, creating a warm and inviting setting throughout the seasons.



The kitchen balances style and practicality, with quality appliances and a breakfast bar for casual meals. Coffee lovers will feel right at home with a dedicated coffee station featuring a Breville Dual Boiler coffee machine, Breville Smart Grinder and Nespresso pod machine. Freshly roasted coffee beans from Margaret River Roasting Co. and biodegradable compostable pods are provided, making it easy to start each day with your preferred brew. Nearby, a large timber dining table sets the scene for shared meals, board games and easy conversation after a day at the beach.



Outdoor living is a highlight, with landscaped gardens and inviting spaces designed for enjoying the South West lifestyle. Gather around the BBQ, dine beneath the covered patio or unwind beside the firepit as the evening settles in. The enclosed yard also provides plenty of space for children to play and explore.



The bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned away from the main living spaces, offering privacy and comfort throughout your stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite with a generous double vanity and walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms are appointed with king beds, while a fourth bedroom includes a single bed and a bunk bed, and a separate room offers a single daybed for added flexibility. A main bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and separate toilet comfortably supports families and groups.



A dedicated laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays, while secure garage parking and additional off-street parking make exploring the region by car effortless. Year-round comfort is ensured with central air conditioning and heating.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Positioned between the calm waters of Geographe Bay and the conveniences of central Dunsborough, this home offers an ideal blend of coastal relaxation and easy access to local attractions. Spend your mornings walking to the nearby beach for a swim, paddle or stroll along the shoreline, then follow the coastal path towards Dunsborough Beach and Centennial Park. Dunsborough town centre is just a short four-minute drive or bike ride away, home to popular cafés, restaurants, bars, boutiques and supermarkets. Nearby Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club provides a scenic round of golf, while the region's renowned wineries, breweries and natural attractions are all within easy reach.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider region, with secure garage parking available on-site. Dunsborough town centre is just a short drive or bike ride away, while the nearby coastal path offers an easy way to access local beaches and foreshore attractions.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeiture of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers' bookings at any time of the year.



Firewood:

A small supply of firewood is provided during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Pet Policy:

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises.



Rental Agreement:

Lots of space and easy walk to the beach. Perfect for families with areas to get away for some quiet time and large open living for everyone to be together .

Drift House

Dishes were very dirty on arrival and we had to wash them before use . They had dried food like they hadn’t cleaned well in the dishwasher There were no dishwasher tablets on arrival, we had to purchase our own and tea towel's also, as the one’s supplied were grubby and ineffective The coffee machine had not been cleaned and still had dried out coffee grounds in the portafilter, so that was off putting Floors were dusty and there were dust bunnies throughout. One guest has asthma, so as the vacuum cleaner was not functioning too well, we swept the floors instead Couch & day bed had obvious signs of pets having been on them and were a bit grubby Netflix did not work & agent tried twice by phone to rectify, but it did not resolve the issue, and it was very disappointing to not be able to enjoy it while staying. Bathrooms and beds were clean, we were grateful for that although the blowflies that were found throughout were unwelcome guests The location was beautiful and enjoyable, however, for the price paid for our stay, too many things to mention did not give us value for money or make our stay very pleasant Also, we checked out Tuesday 21/11 at 9am
