**INCLUDES LINEN AND BATH TOWEL HIRE, AND STANDARD DEPARTURE CLEANING**

**This property is self-catering, however an initial supply of coffee, hand wash, toilet paper, firewood (in winter) and basic cleaning products is provided.**

**As of 2026, we advise that there is residential construction taking place on private land in close vicinity to Eagle View. To the best of our knowledge, all works are being completed on weekdays during the hours of approx. 7am – 5pm. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for additional information on ‘quiet enjoyment’ .**

Eagle View is a cosy timber holiday home set in a beautiful natural bush setting, high on the hill in Eagle Bay.

With the entire home on the second level, the main living room is elegant yet comfortable, with ample couches / occasional chairs and a smart TV. The expanse of windows and high raked ceilings creates a light and airy space; with direct access to the fabulous wrap around timber decked balcony with outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ. Enjoy the best of the summer sun whilst you relax and listen to the sounds of the bush, the bird song and whisper of the breeze through the trees.

The fully equipped kitchen offers gas stovetop and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine.

Dining options include the 8-seater and 4-seater indoor settings; or the 8-seater outdoor table which is perfect on those balmy nights, sunny mornings or for leisurely lunches.

The wood fire in the living area will ensure cosy winter days and nights, as well as provide a delightful ambiance. Ceiling fans offer climate control in the warm summer months.

Main bedroom provides queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite with shower and w/c, and direct access to balcony. Offers ceiling fan and a/c.

Guest bedroom with queen bed.

Kids room with 2 x single bunk beds.

The main bathroom features shower, bath, vanity and separate w/c.

Ideally positioned to enjoy the sparkling waters and shimmering sands of Eagle Bay Beach, or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries of the famous Margaret River Wine Region; or trek the wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

Cute holiday shack

The house was in a great location, although some passing noise from Eagle bay Road. Great views towards the beach which is an easy walking distance. Beds were quite hard - not our preference but may be fine for others! Otherwise it had everything we needed and was a relaxing few days in the sun!

Comfortable beach shack with good vibes

We were two couples with a teenager. Loved the beach views, location, the high ceiling in the main living, self catering facilities, distance to the beach and room layout. We found it very easy to relax in the space and not get in each other’s way. It’s a clean, spacious unpretentious place that made us feel at home from the minute we walked through the front door. We loved it! Thank you. Note: for stays in the hotter months that there is only one aircon in the master bedroom. The living/dining has a ceiling fan only but that was adequate for us as it was easy to ventilate the space by opening windows to catch the cross breeze. The two bedrooms don’t have air con or ceiling fans though. In these bedrooms we opened the windows and used the pedestal fans but it was quite noisy with both the fan noise and the noise from the blockout blinds flapping constantly against the open windows so found we either had to have the windows closed and the blind down or the windows open with the blinds fully retracted ( sunrise at approx 5am!)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with ocean views. Great dealing with the rental company. Well appointed kitchen and spacious house. Not recommended for a Summer rental as the house heated up to extremely hot conditions with only one air con in the main bedroom. Small, inefficient fans in other rooms. Otherwise would be great at other times of the year.

Great place at an affordable price

Lovely house with high ceilings and a bueatiful balcony for entertaining. With plenty of sights, activities wineries and brewery close by. The fire was a treat as the night cooled and we enjoyed it very much. Thanks!

Chill out in Eagle bay

Great location and view, close to the beach, wineries and brewery. House was very comfortable and easy for us to setup in. book shelf full of books games and Lego was great for the kids.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First night when storm came in, the two queen bedrooms we slept in vibrates! The house is so thin it feels like an earthquake. We were so afraid it would collapsed! Each time the lightning strikes, the only thing I could think of was how bad the vibrations of the thunder would be next.Second night was not great either, somehow at around 4 am we could hear footsteps outside our bedroom. I thought I was hearing things but my husband was hearing it too. I asked him to check outside but no one there and the noise stopped.The recommendation for this property is the owner could replace the carpet. It feels really old. For the price we paid I feel we could get better stay elsewhere. Management for this property is excellent 5 star. Linen and towels are perfect too.
