**This property is self-catering, however an initial supply of coffee, hand wash, toilet paper, firewood (in winter), and basic cleaning products is provided.**

Lovingly named "La Vita Bella" (The Beautiful Life), this immaculately maintained holiday home in central Dunsborough is located just 270m to the town centre and less than 500 m to the beach. Ideally positioned to explore Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; the sparkling waters and shimmering sands of either Old Dunsborough or Quindalup swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

La Vita Bella boasts high ceilings, easy care tile floors and spacious living zones. It is stylishly yet comfortably furnished. The living spaces comprises spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen which will certainly be a holiday gathering hub. Ducted air conditioning throughout the home makes climate control year round a breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen offers coffee machine, dishwasher; 600m gas wall oven; gas cooktop; freestanding island bench and breakfast bar.

This central living area can be closed off via glass doors to a large games room perfect for hosting both easy conversation and for a game of table tennis or pool. The games room directly accesses the alfresco dining and expansive lawn area with a dining table and gas BBQ.

Two master bedrooms at the front of the home offer queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite with shower and w/c.
At the back of the house, third bedroom provides a queen bed and 2 x single beds with a robe, and forth with double bed and 2 x single beds.

The third bathroom / laundry offers a large shower, vanity, trough, washing machine and dryer and separate w/c.

Awesome location and layout

We had a lovely stay at the property. We were very impressed with the layout and bedroom spaces. There was enough room for everyone, with ample bathrooms. We loved the table tennis and pool table and the property was well set up for a large group. The location is wonderful, with only a short walk to the beach and an alley way at the end of the street to lead us to the main town centre. The kids loved scootering up and down the quiet cul de sac. We made use of the comfortable outdoor chairs (located in the games cupboard) while we watched our children out the front. The dining table and lounge room had enough room for a large group and we were impressed by the dvd selection available. A few of the DVDs were missing in the cases, but there were so many to choose from, it didn’t matter. The power went out, so we made use of the ‘power out’ kit. We did use the last of the matches, so they will need replacing. The reverse cycle air conditioning made for a comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful place to bring family or friends, where you don’t all feel on top of each other. I will be recommending this property to others.

Great house

This house is in a great location and is perfect for two families to share. The teens & kids had so much fun using the ping pong table and snooker table. It was an added bonus that we could close the door to the games room to block out the noise, while the adults relaxed. I highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed our stay. There were 9 of us and lots of space to chill out. Shared rooms with beds instead of bunks was great. Pool table and ping pong table were a hit too!

Fabulous House

I've stayed in a lot of holiday houses, but this was my favourite. It had everything we needed for a great stay, and more. SO much room for our family of 2 - 76 yr olds to get together... Loved the games room.....lots of table tennis and pool played. Being so close to shops was also very handy..... Great to have beds and not bunks.... only thing missing was bedside tables and reading lamps in back bedrooms. We all loved our stay!

Great location

Good holiday property, plenty of room for the children, and location was great. The games room and garden were perfect. Weather wasn't good during our stay, and the house felt cold in some areas. Could definitely have made use of extra blankets in the bedrooms, and maybe a couple of throws in the living area. I was also surprised to find cleaning toilets part of the check out conditions.

Fantastic central location in Dunsborough. Walk to town centre, walk to beach. Clean and well presented house with plenty of space for two families. Perfect for groups or families

This 4 bedroom home was perfect for a big family get-together of multiple generations. Great features included the games room for kids, enclosed and safe backyard with cubby, all in a single level home; two separate bedrooms with queen sized beds, en-suite and walk in wardrobes (one large enough for a cot!), and another 2 bedrooms that sleep 4 in each room. The large main living space was perfect for everyone to be together, perfect sized tables for games and puzzles, and plenty of dvds, books and games provided. A bigger chopping board is perhaps a very minor omission. Showers had plenty of hot water, beds really comfortable. Walking distance to playgrounds, town centre and beach. Just perfect!
