Looking for a peaceful getaway, or maybe a little adventure? Look no further, my home is in a beautiful community with many amenities including our own lakes, you can relax or enjoy the numerous activities our area has to offer. Your safety is my priority, my home is cleaned by a professional cleaning service. Every cleaning they use an EPA approved disinfectant and monthly I have the house fogged with Decon 5 treatment and/or ozone treatment.
Pets are welcome with prior approval, (additional fees may apply)
I highly encourage you to contact me prior to booking (Click the "Ask Owner a Question" link) in order to answer any and all questions you may have. I am generally able to respond within 10-15 minutes.
House Amenities: Great news, I supply bed linens, bath towels and washcloths to my guests for no extra charge. You can of course bring your own if you’d like, I have a washer and dryer for your use.
-65" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV in Family Room with Netflix included, 40” UHD Smart TVs with ROKU in every bedroom, and 55” UHD Smart TV with ROKU in the game room.
-My home will be at a comfortable temperature upon arrival (Heat-Winter/AC-Summer)
-High Speed WiFi throughout the home.
-Beautiful family room with plenty of seating for the family to gather, four season room great for having your morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine.
-Fire Pit with plenty of seating, Gas BBQ grill.

At Saw Creek Estates, you can enjoy the comfort and security of a gated community. We really do have wonderful amenities, amenity fobs required for most amenities (I have 6 owner fobs for guest use) and numerous activities offered. Amenities include 2 indoor pools, 4 outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, 2 lakes, a beach, racquetball courts, a fitness center, ski hill with lift, a baseball field, basketball courts, meeting rooms, the Top of the World restaurant, and many events for everyone. Paddle Boards and kayak rentals are available. OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND!! Located in the middle of a very desired area in the Pocono Mountains.
Skiing: Take a quick 2-minute drive and you find ski slopes/lifts right in the gated community where my house is located. Horse back riding, canoeing, zip lining adventures, all local to my home. Or take a 15-minute Drive to Shawnee Mountain to go either skiing, snowboarding, or tubing. Attractions like Bushkill Falls and the Delaware Water Gap. There are 5 golf courses within 20 minutes of the house. Less than an hour from Camelback ski resort/water park, Mount Airy casino resorts, Pocono outlets (over 125 stores) & many more.

Weekend get away

Beautiful, large place to stay! Had everything we needed for a weekend get away. Very, very clean, well stocked. Communication with owner was very good and responses came right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a weekend getaway in July. Wonderful pools in the complex, great location to explore Bushkill falls or Delaware water gap. My teen/pre teen enjoyed the pool table and game room. The grown ups enjoyed the lovely nature view in the 3 season room. The host was very responsive.

Relaxing and quiet

We went up for Fathers Day, to see Bushkill Falls (6 minutes away from the house!!) and to relax. My husband said the couch was very comfortable while he was watching TV and I truly enjoyed the 4 seasons room. I saw squirrels, chipmunks and one morning, a deer. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well as ate at The Top Of the World restaurant located within the community. There are plenty of family friendly amenities that we unfortunately were unable to take advantage of, because it rained most of our stay. The house was easy to locate and the staff were friendly.

Phenomenal property, better in person than the pictures! Jason was very communicative so there were no surprises. We even ran out of propane on the grill at 8pm and he responded to tell us that he would gladly reimburse us for the tank. Easy to work with, great experience, flexible 10/10!

Great House!

I had an excellent experience renting this house. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The layout was spacious and functional, with plenty of natural light. The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances, and the living areas were cozy and inviting. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Thanksgiving getaway

We checked in 4pm thanksgiving and enjoyed dinner, then we played pool with the game room and a movie. We went hiking near by and enjoying hanging out on the porch playing games.

House looks just as pictured. House was pretty clean except for one of the secondary bedrooms. Backyard is not gated and very dark at night. Game room is okay. Pool table is unleveled so not really ideal for adult play. Our favorite room was the screened porch and living area. Community amenities were mediocre.

When we arrived in the community, our group was immediately struck by its peaceful and inviting atmosphere. We were also impressed by the wide range of available outdoor activities. Cozy Get Away

Everyone in our party (family and friends) had a great stay at Saw Creek. This home was clean, cozy, and had everything that was needed for a wonderful vacation. The community has so much to offer that there is something for everyone to enjoy (not to mention an awesome game room and four season room) . Furthermore, the owner of the property could not have been more accommodating and was always very fast in responding to any correspondence I made. If you're looking for a place to stay while visiting the mountains you can not go wrong with this cozy home that has something for everyone to enjoy young or old!

Beautiful Experience

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the house so much that we wanted to return, the house is very nice, it is very well equipped, it has everything you need, in the kitchen, bedrooms, living room, dining room, bathrooms, in the yard, etc. Jason, the owner of the house, is an excellent person because we are in communication all the time every time he needs to know something about anything, the neighbors are very good people, we share time with them too, the house is in a very good area, everything is very close, I personally recommend 100% to those who want to go spend a fun time with their family.

Close to Bushkill Falls

Perfect Location for a trip to Bushkill Falls. We rent homes all the time and even though this home was one of the oldest it was one of the cleanest. Their cleaning crew does a great job. If you plan on cooking in the kitchen, bring spices. Our boys played darts all day due to the rain and loved it. The back porch is relaxing too. Sadly we didn’t get to use the fire pit due to wet weather. Jason is readily available by text for any issues.

Great stay for Presidents Day weekend 2024

Jason was a great host, making sure things would be exactly as planned and being incredibly responsive. The pictures are quite accurate and the furniture comfortable. A lot more space than you think! My kids took advantage of the community slopes and had a great time. The guard at the gate for the 2-3 evenings was incredibly nice, even remembering us after a few times - made us feel welcome and not “vacationers”. I wish I got her name! One recommendation for the kitchen would be to have a few cooking staples: oil, vinegar, basic spices. Luckily, I brought my own. A very nice place to stay everyone!! Thanks Jason

Something for everyone

This house seriously had something to offer for everyone in my family. From the all seasons room, sitting out by the grill and the game room. Running joke during our stay was "hey we have a game room" lol. Thank you for the memories!

Great Summer Vacation Spot!

We enjoyed our time at this property and thought the location and community was very nice! We were able to enjoy a couple of the pools when we were there and they were very nicely kept and not too crowded. The 3 season porch was a nice bug free place to hang out in the morning and at night after we opened up the screens. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was very clean and in working order! The beds were comfy and again everything was tidy and clean. We enjoyed our time and wish we were there longer to use more of the community amenities! (i.e. tennis courts, fishing pond, etc.) It is a very nice area. The owner was very responsive when we had questions and made it easy to check-in and check-out. I would recommend as a great place to go to with kids!

Perfect weekend!

Property was absolutely beautiful and big enough for everyone. Everything was really clean, the house was very cozy and comfortable. This was such a nice vacation. My family can't wait to come back. Communication with the host was helpful and quick always got back to me if I needed help. We really loved our stay and will love to come back again.

Very Nice

Everything was clean and well documented. Owner is easy to communicate with. The TV package didn't have some of the sports we wanted to watch but the nice setup of smart TV's made it easy to stream those games. Very nice community. Enjoyed the short stay.
