My overall reaction to this property is meh. I got a very reasonable rate over the Chuseok holiday, so I can’t complain that I essentially got what I paid for. The hotel is very basic, with a barely functional fitness center (non-working TVs on Korean-brand cheapy treadmills and basic weights) and small and sparse rooms. Even though the hotel is apparently less than a year old, it is already showing some wear and tear. Rooms are clean, but the A/C in the room was extremely weak - it chilled a small portion of the room (i.e., the right side of the bed, with the left side of the bed and the room as a whole remaining way too warm) - I basically spent most of my time in the room on the chilled side of the bed, sleeping there only. Elevators are slow, and the front desk folks were perfectly pleasant but seemed mostly without a clue. If you mostly just need a place to sleep and want to be near BEXCO or Shinsegae, then this is a reasonable, no-frills choice.
