Welcome to Town & Country Mountain Retreat. This beautiful home is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains located just a 2 minutes drive from the quaint town of Burnsville, NC and an easy 35 minute drive to Asheville, NC.

This home boast 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and can easily accommodate 8 guest. This large family orientated home makes an excellent retreat for multiple families. With two full kitchens, 2 living rooms, gas log fireplaces; one on the main and lower level, formal dining room, sunroom, main level garage and large lush yard space.

The main level has 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms, a formal dining area and kitchen table off the kitchen for extra seating, a sunroom to sit and bask in the warm mountain sun with your favorite book and a cup of coffee, main level pull in garage, equipped with its very own EV Level 2 charger.

The lower level will take you back to the seventies where you will find a full kitchen, with a mini fridge and lots of bar space and seating, a large living room with a foosball table and corn hole games for the family to enjoy, a dedicated workspace and one private bedroom.

This home is all about the location and ease of your mountain vacation. What are you waiting for? The mountains are calling you!

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc
A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.

GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.

PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.

CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.

SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.

NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

Southern Charm

We had a wonderful time during our 10 days here. We had all the comforts of home. Everything eeneeded was very close, especially our family.While we were very disappointed about not having Town and Country, we were pleasantly surprised with Southern Charm. It was much better in person than in the pictures! We were very pleased and would definitely book it again! Thank you for all your help!

Mountain Blessings

This was absolutely perfect property for us and my cousins who joined us, as well as our daughter and son-in-law. There was plenty of space for everyone. We had every accessory we needed. We were close to everything. The highlight was that beautiful, closed in porch. We had coffee every morning and evening with the sliding doors open and that wonderful mountain air breeze blowing thru. The whole week was a perfect time for us all. Thank you

The house was quiet, convenient to our business there and the beds were excellent. Would recommend leaving info on how to get the hall shower to turn on. Much confusion among guests who had never seen the mechanism that turns the shower on. Especially my blind friend.

Super clean and comfortable house.

A little hard to find even with Google maps but the owners were quick to answer our call and walk us through finding the house. It is directly on the HWY but little too no traffic so noise was not an issue at all. Very quiet comfortable and spotless home. Easy to get to Blueridge Parkway for leaf peeping.

Good Property Manager and Owner to work with

We booked this home last minute due to a change in travel plans. Please note that we have never had an issues with VRBO bookings in the past. This time, we booked our vacation 2 days before leaving and, on the morning that we left, we still hadn’t received details about entry into the home due to a computer system problem with VRBO. As we had no confirmation, we arranged alternative accommodations. Melissa (property manager) and the property owner were gracious, helpful and accommodating as we cancelled our reservation for this VRBO home as weren’t sure that we really had this reservation due to a VRBO problem, not a problem with the management company. We would recommend this home based on its location and description and would highly recommend working with Melissa as a property manager for this home.

Lovely home

Loved the home and the stay. Anything you could need is provided. So much room for your get together. Only thing I would suggest is to put clearer house numbers on the mailbox. The current numbers are hard to see while driving.

Property was very convenient. Living room could use extra seating. Beds were a bit tall for petite guests, A simple step would have been very much appreciated. Overall was a wonderful experience.
