Breathtaking Mountain Views!!! Elevation is 3250'. Our AIR CONDITIONED mountain cottage is Open Concept, hardwood floors, ceiling beams and beautiful mountain furnishings and decor. Pine finish cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. There is a full-size stack washer/dryer in the cottage.. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and a private bathroom.

You will enjoy the huge deck for morning coffee or meals where you can watch for deer, bears, turkeys, birds and other wildlife.

The cottage is located in beautiful Alpine Village, where you can enjoy convenient access to the Clubhouse, heated salt water swimming pool, fire pit and shuffleboard court. The heated swimming pool is usually open between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends weather permitting.

You will enjoy the quiet solitude of our cabin which is surrounded by the Pisgah National Forest. Visit quaint town of Burnsville and other surrounding mountain towns. Mt. Mitchell State Park is 30 minutes away and we are just 3 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The hiking trail head starts behind the Clubhouse and goes to the top of Mt. Mitchell a 3400' elevation change. There are many hiking trails in the area, some including waterfalls.

Burnsville has nice restaurants and shops. The Mt. Mitchell (public) Golf Course is 10 minutes away with 18 holes and Hawtree's Pub.
