• No GPS Navigation. Please note, while GPS will take you to the general vicinity of Blue Iris Retreat, it will not take you directly to the home. Guests must use Carolina Mornings written directions when accessing the property, which can be found in our Guest Portal. Thank you!
• VIP: Please be aware that you must complete a liability waiver to stay at this property. If this form is not completed within 24 hours of the Vacation Rental Addendum being signed, your reservation shall be canceled, thank you.
• 4WD/AWD Recommended. During winter months or inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. We recommend one with sufficient clearance (i.e SUV, Truck, or raised Sedan).
• We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the indoor fireplace, you'll need to bring firewood with you.
