Arrival/Departure Information

Unfortunately we cannot accept arrivals after 10pm.

Please note that the check-out time is 10am

This is strictly a family park only and no couples under 21, single sex or young mixed groups will be permitted even with a security deposit

Please note in order to provide a smooth contactless check in the park will require full party details such as names ages and the car registration number pre arrival.

Group Bookings/Party Types: If you are a single sex or group booking please telephone us to check availability. Unfortunately we do not allow stag or hen parties as we are a family orientated park.

Accommodation Information: Parking is adjacent to your accommodation for one car, additional cars are charged: £17.50 per week and £10 per short break. Vans are not permitted at this park.

Hot Tubs – Fresh water is added for your arrival so may not be up to the desired temperature at check in time. Misuse of the hot tub with either soaps or other substances such as alcohol within the water which results in the water needing to be changed or failing to follow the rules for safe use will result in your pre-authorisation being debited from your account. Your hot tub will be emptied from 8am on your departure day so cannot be used.

Facilities: Wi-Fi is available in designated areas. There is an additional charge for the use of the indoor swimming pool. For your comfort and safety children must be accompanied by an adult in the RJ’s venue at all times and on the dance floor after 9.30pm. We are sorry but prams and pushchairs cannot be accommodated in the venues during busy periods.

Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance regarding social distancing will be temporarily suspended during your stay in order to ensure that you and your family are safe. This could affect the swimming pool and indoor entertainment venues. However, where facilities can be safely operated like a wide range of Takeaway options, supermarket and laundrette services they will remain available.

Please note swimming must be booked with the park directly and the following policies apply:

Under 8s policy

1 adult with 1 child (under 4 years) Allowed

1 adult with 2 children (aged 4-7 years) Allowed

1 adult with 1 child (under 4 years) + 1 child (4-7 years) Not allowed

1 adult with 1 child (under 4 years) + 2 children (aged 4-7 years) Not allowed



Policy applicable during all session types, except Family Sessions where the policy ratio is relaxed to allow for 1 adult: 2 children (under the age of 8 years).

Children Under 8 years old must be supervised by an adult everywhere in the waterpark.



Children under 12 years old

The minimum age that a child can come into the waterpark unaccompanied is 12 years old.

As long as there is an adult (16+) in the waterpark premises who is directly responsible for them, children of that party aged 8-11 may use the slides at the waterpark as long as they are accompanied by at least one adult around the waterpark.

All non swimmers must wear arm bands or buoyancy aids.

No refund will be provided if admission is refused due to an insufficient adult to child ratio.

We cannot take any responsibility for unsupervised young people.

By accepting and continuing to book, you confirm you have read and agree to the Under 8’s Policy in place here at Unity Splash Waterpark, and forfeit your entry if you do not meet the required adult-to-child ratio.
