1 roi, 3 reines, 4 jumeaux, 2 télévisions à écran plat (une dans la grande salle et une à l'étage dans la salle familiale, Dish Network, DVD, cheminée, bain à remous, balançoire, cuisine complète, double four, grande salle, charbon barbecue, tables de pique-nique, salle à manger, laveuse / sécheuse, bord de l’eau, bateau maison et ascenseur sur demande. Le Vaughn est situé juste à côté de la zone des communs. Les installations du complexe incluent balançoire, terrain de jeu, petite plage, jetée éclairée, trampoline aquatique, balançoire en corde, terrain de volley-ball, terrain de basket-ball, parcours de golf, location de bateaux, etc.
