Other Things to Note:
At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:

- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- No pets or animals allowed, any pets brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar fee
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.
- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

This lake house is now our favorite lake house. It has such beautiful views inside and out. The rooms were so beautiful and comfortable. The layout of this house is what lake houses should be like. The kitchen was amazing. The hot tub is very very relaxing and then the pool was also relaxing watching our family and other boaters go by. The dock was so beautiful seating in the mornings. Has TV’s in every room and I’m a tv fanatic. And the host was awesome, everytime we had a question, they answered right then and there. We will be staying there again!

The house itself was very nice. The beds had no support and everyone was uncomfortable. I being renter, had to leave as it was causing me to be so uncomfortable and with pain in back. The home had a nice kitchen and easy to work with. They also had side chairs in living area which made getting up from sitting easier for older adults. The only drawbacks were unable to use boat dock, beds, and location.

We booked this property as a weekend getaway for our family with friends. Every aspect of this experience was outstanding. It began with the friendly messages received to prepare. They helped us work thru a number of rental boat options and book the perfect boat for tubing. Arrived at property and it was magnificent. Huge beautiful spaces. You can see the attention to details everywhere - from beach towels to coffee bar to how well every single thing taken care of. Place was absolutely beautiful top to bottom. We enjoyed playing games, using pool eating on deck. The boat rental people also great - dropped off and picked up boat, super friendly. Checkout details super simple. Absolutely would love to book again.
