MAIN HOME + CASITAS

Welcome to your perfect lake getaway! This spacious, waterfront property features a main house, 2 charming casitas, an entertainment barn and pickle ball court! Whether you're hosting a family reunion, or a weekend getaway, our Lakeside Retreat is the ideal venue for gatherings!

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as 2 detached casitas, each having a full bedroom and full bathroom. The open concept living area and kitchen are perfectly suited for groups of multi-generational families. Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Curl up on the living room couch with a good book or watch your favorite movie on the 58" LED flat screen TV.

The main home houses the Primary bedroom, Guest Bedroom 1, and Guest Bedroom 2. Casita 1 houses a King bed + futon. Casita 2 houses two Twin over Twin bunk beds and has a window AC and Portable heater.

A washing machine + dryer are available for guest use.


ENTERTAINMENT BARN

Just behind the pickle ball court, is the entertainment barn which houses 8 additional guests!  This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat has 2 living areas which offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.  Enjoy movie nights, cozy up with a good book in one of the comfortable lounges or challenge friends or family to a game on the pool table, a perfect centerpiece for entertainment!  The pool table also doubles as the dining table and is located next to the full-sized kitchen space, a chef's dream!

Each of the 3 bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.  Bedroom 6 offers a Queen bed, Bedroom 7 has 2 Queen Beds and Bedroom 8 sleeps 4 guests in the two twin bunk beds.

Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this charming space offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fun.


OUTDOOR AMENITIES


Out the patio door of the main house, is a sprawling deck with a dining table for 6 and lounge seating. Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy your favorite meal while you take in the gorgeous views of the lake or relax on the second story of the boat dock* for ultimate views! Our beautiful home is located in one of the best parts of Lake LBJ with deep water access so you can enjoy swimming right off the dock!

For sports enthusiasts, our private pickle ball/basketball court is ready for friendly matches under the sun!

*The dock’s boat lift has a ‘V’ cradle that can accommodate up to a 23 foot boat (weighing up to 6,000 pounds).

HOUSE LIMITATIONS


1) We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.

2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).

3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.

4) PET POLICY: Dogs (2 max) are allowed at this property. $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet and a signed rental agreement with dog information. Aggressive breeds and puppies under 1 year not permitted.

Great Lake house for big groups!

We had the best weekend at this house. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and able to bring our dogs. The property is in great shape and perfect for relaxing on the lake. The casitas were great to house guests and everyone used the main house for eating and watching football. The neighbors were very nice and helped us find the closest boat ramp. The water is great with buoys protecting the area by the dock so you can float. The kitchen had all the things you need to cook. There is a trundle in the bunk room in the house which was great for our girls to share. There is only one TV in the main living room but with so much to do during the day not a big deal. But kids wanted to chill and watch TV so they did that in the main house. The AC worked soooo great in the house and casitas. Really nice part of the lake and no midges or hairy stuff in the water! We would rent again!

Always enjoy time at the lake. Plenty to do for kids and adults alike. I would suggest the shrubs be cut back so the lake can be viewed from the deck and more deck table seating and chairs to lounge in would be great.

Wonderful property for small family reunion

This property was wonderful for our three small families to gather. 3 master bedrooms + 2 rooms full of bunks for kids/teens. Loved the back porch - so relaxing and very comfortable. The top balcony on the dock was great for happy hour. And the half basketball court / pickleball court was ideal to keep teen boys entertained. One of the most well-appointed VRBOs I've stayed in too. Very considerate owners/management company. Will rent again!

We book a lake house family vacation every year with our blended family. This home was definitely a gem! Perfect for the teenagers as they had their own space and the adults had our own space. Everyone enjoyed the lake access. We brought some floaties and tied up at end of the dock. Had a blast! So much space and definitely will return!!

Location makes for a great vacation

Right on the water. Management responded quickly to our issues. Outdoor furniture was well maintained. When visiting a few things to note-bring your own beach towels, water floats, tubes, kitchen spices, oil etc. the only the they had was a coffee sugar and pepper. We also brought our own pans. We had a great time!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Wonderful home and location on the water for our annual family lake trip! The separate casitas were perfect for our adult children to enjoy their privacy. Back porch was wonderful! Kitchen was well stocked and made nightly dinner preparations easy and enjoyable for everyone.

Location, Location, Location!

Overall we made the most of our stay, and the location on the water made our trip enjoyable. The host was very attentive with questions and concerns however there a re a few things to note before booking your stay. The kitchen was not well equipped when it comes to cooking utensils to make an entire meal for family. The ADU with the bunk beds smelled moldy and had visible water damage on the boards. The dock was the most disappointing part of the entire stay, it could use a lot of TLC. There is a sign when you arrived that states is accommodate up to a 21ft boat, we have a 23 and were able to make it work however you need to have all hands on deck to breakdown your surf tower so you could get under the supports holding the deck up.

Great Long Weekend!

The property was very nice and right on the water. Huge outdoor deck off the back of the house and nice upper deck over the boat dock. Enjoyable up there to sit or jump in the water from. We rented a boat and jet skis so the jet ski ramp and ability to bring in a boat was great. The 2 added cabins were nice. Since we had 13 people and 2 families it helped a lot, like having 2 master suites. Large kitchen and living area we good for gathering to eat breakfast or whatever. All in all I would say great only a couple items to improve would be: The pickle ball and basketball are actually across the street from the house and needed a major mowing. Over grown all around Need 2 trash cans for at the street. We easily filled it and had overflow.

Beautiful spot on the lake!

The place was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the patio and hanging outside. It was dog friendly which made it perfect for us. It had all the amenities which made it nice. We loved the casitas too! Just a little miscommunication on the boat lift, suitable for 21 ft and under. We had a 23 ft. boat and had to switch.

Great Holiday time

In spite of freezing temperature (was 10 F when we got in on the 22nd) the house was warm and cozy. The three houses were cleaned and we found all we needed. Because of the frigid temperatures we could not enjoy the outside but everything look very good and we would certainly remember this holidays together with kids and grandkids for many years.

Great Family Weekend

We had a wonderful time with our family for the weekend at the lake. We were spending our last weekend with my oldest son before he was heading off to college. My parents, my husband, and our two sons had a wonderful time at the lake. The house was perfectly laid out for our family and fully stocked. We enjoyed swimming in the lake, sitting out on the deck watching the boats and the sunset, and just spending time together as a family. The sun shades on the back deck were wonderful because that sun reflecting off the lake was very bright and really heated up the deck area - with the shades down that deck stayed very pleasant. We were able to cook and enjoy meals as a family, but were also close enough to town that we could grab some pizza for take out our first night at the house. All in all, a wonderful vacation spot!!
