An expansive coastal holiday home set over two storey's with ocean views and plenty of entertaining spaces designed for large groups as well as being pet and child friendly. Pathed and easy access to Rifle Range Beach and a very short stroll to Bargara Lakes Tavern.
Hear the ocean sounds from any storey on the home and have the option to relax on the oceanside balconies, watching the sunrise over the water.
Boasting a master bedroom on the second storey with ocean view, air-conditioning and large walk through robe to private ensuite, an additional queen bedroom on the second storey with built in robe and another bedroom with two king single beds and built in robe. Main bathroom upstairs with bathtub and separate toilet.
King bedroom downstairs with adjacent bathroom. King bedroom, master bedroom and living have air-conditioning and all areas have fans for your comfort. All linen, towels and toiletries provided.
Large and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast seating and espresso coffee machine. Spacious dining and living room with smart TV, free unlimited WIFI leading to glass sliding doors that open to your oceanfront deck. Additional upstairs balcony off the kitchen and dining area.
Deck area and fully fenced grassed backyard with two downstairs patios and spot for a picnic - plenty of entertaining areas for guests to enjoy. Pet friendly and child friendly.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests will have access to the entire property, excluding any locked rooms. Availability to bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property.

Located in the quiet streets of Bargara off Woongarra Scenic Drive with access to pathed footpaths that lead you to Rifle Range Beach and Bargara Lakes Tavern. A small beach lookout, picnic area is located directly across the road to enjoy.
~ Occupancy limit for this property is 9
~ Key collection is located at Pacific Sun Bargara Motel located at 9-11 Bauer Street, Bargara. Keys must also be returned to this address and we allow a 30 minute window from your scheduled check-out time of 10:00am. If keys are not returned within this 30 minute window a payment of $50 will apply
~ Check-in time is from 2:00pm and before 8:00pm, after hours check-in must be arranged in advance at a fee of $30 per hour and subject to availability. Photo identification of the guest whom booked is a requirement
~ Check-out time is strictly 10:00am, later check-out times can be arranged subject to availability and at a cost of $30 per hour. Must be notified the day before your check-out date
~ We respectively ask that there are to be no events or parties held at the property and limit any undue noise by 10:00pm. A call out fee of $200 will apply if we are required to attend the property
~ Only guests that have been booked at the property are to stay at the property, any visiting persons are to leave the premises by 10:00pm. $150 fees will be charged for each visitor found to be at the property after these hours
~ Children are to be supervised at all times
~ Pets are welcome at the property however are not to be inside the home. The property is fully fenced and pets can remain at the property when guests are not home as long as they are well behaved.
~ Smoking allowed outside of the property only, fees will be charged if it is determined that smoking occurred inside the home.
~ Rooms may be locked depending on number of guests booked at the time of reservation, these rooms can be made available at request in advance and at the appropriate costs listed
