Cooinda offers a welcoming and comfortable space perfect for your next getaway. With three cozy bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed, you'll have plenty of room to relax.
The open-plan dining and kitchen area is great for gathering, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Fully equipped with everything you need to explore the local area, including picnic basket.
Step outside to the undercover patio area, ideal for enjoying meals or a morning coffee. There is a swimming pool for summer fun at home - please note the pool is not heated.
For some fun, head to the mancave, where you can enjoy a dartboard, bar, and cool memorabilia. It's the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.

Our property operates with back-to-back bookings, so early check-ins and late check-outs may be limited.
To guarantee an early check-in, consider booking the night before. Alternatively, if available, an early check-in may be possible for an additional fee.
For late check-outs, booking an extra night might be necessary. If there are no immediate guests following your stay, we may be able to offer a late check-out for a fee.
Please give us as much notice as possible to help us accommodate your request.

Upon arrival, we will provide some basic amenities to help you settle in comfortably. If you need additional supplies during your stay, the nearest supermarket is conveniently located for your shopping needs.
đ Neighbourly Consideration:
Our property is nestled in a vibrant community, so please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours, to ensure everyone's enjoyment. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am.
đ Climate Control:
Stay comfortable year-round with our reverse-cycle split system air conditioning. You'll find the unit is ducted so will cool or heat the entire premises. Please ensure you turn this off when you're not home to conserve energy.
đ BBQ Etiquette:
Enjoy a sizzling barbecue on our outdoor grill, but please remember to clean it thoroughly after use. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee.
đ Linen & Towels:
We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.
đ Longer Stays:
For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest's expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.
đ Parking Information:
Our property features a standard residential garage for your vehicle. Please note that there are height restrictions, so larger vehicles may not be suitable. For your safety and convenience, on-street parking is not permitted.
đ Fencing:
Please note that there is no side gate, so any young children will need to be supervised while outside to ensure they do not wonder out to the front of the property.
đ Pool:
Enjoy your swimming pool year round, please note that the pool is not heated so maybe cold during the winter months.
đ Pool & Garden Maintenance
To ensure the upkeep of the property, our pool technician and gardener may visit the property to carry out maintenance during your stay, this will be a rare occurrence however if you do not allow access during your stay you may be responsible for any call out fees incurred.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay.
Eaton is a charming and family-friendly neighborhood nestled along the banks of the Collie River in Western Australia. Whether you're in the mood for a casual coffee, a delicious meal, or some retail therapy, you'll find it all just a short drive away. Eaton is also conveniently located close to Bunbury, offering easy access to beautiful beaches and more dining and entertainment options. Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat or a family holiday, Eaton is a welcoming and convenient base for your stay.
Surveillance Cameras: This property has surveillance cameras fitted for our security and your protection. They cast there view upon the front of the property, the side of the property, the back of the property including the pool area for safety and security.
As part of living in Australias natural environment, we want to let you know that household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, spiders etc are common in Australia and are more common during the spring and summer seasons. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence â including regular cleaning between each guest, pest control treatments, and secure food storage â their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement before being provided with your arrival instructions.
Suitable for children.
Strictly no parties or events. You will be evicted without refunds.
No smoking. $250 cleaning fee applies.
Quiet hours are between 11pm â 7am.
Report any damaged or lost items in a timely manner, you will be required to reimburse the cost of repairs or replacement.
When vacating please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, rubbish removed, and dishes washed and put away. Additional cleaning fees will apply if the property is left in a poor condition.
Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a flat fee of $25.00
Unreturned and/or lost gate fob will be charged a flat fee of $215.00
