The Cozy Retreat in South Bunbury is a simple, well-equipped holiday home suited for up to four guests. Located in a quiet suburban area, it offers easy access to Bunbury’s beaches, cafes, shops, and walking trails.

The property includes two bedrooms, each with block-out curtains and comfortable beds made up with fresh linen. There are two clean, modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub, plus essential toiletries, a hairdryer, and a washer and dryer.

The living area has a TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and the basics needed for cooking. Guests can eat indoors at the dining table or outside in the covered outdoor dining area, which also features a gas BBQ and overlooks a large backyard.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
