This villa combines modern and traditional elements and offers you a true wellness vacation experience with a hot tub, Finnish sauna and swimming pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Pets are allowed and the villa is also fully fenced.



On the ground floor of the villa you will find an air conditioned open plan space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. The space features traditional elements such as beamed ceilings and a fireplace, but has all the amenities you need for a comfortable vacation. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a living room with TV and fireplace.



Villa Monte Residence has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the others on the first floor. All bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer. One bathroom has a bathtub while the others have a shower. The villa also has a washing machine, which can be useful if you are planning a longer stay.



The courtyard of the villa extends over 1500 m² and is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. In addition to the covered patio with a table in the courtyard, there is also a charcoal grill so you can easily prepare meals on vacation. Outside, there is a heated infinity pool from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding green hills. Inside the villa you will find additional relaxation facilities such as a hot tub and a Finnish sauna. Bicycles, table football, pool table and darts are also available for your entertainment.



During your stay in the villa you can explore the interior of Istria or cross the border to Slovenia. Not far from the villa is the town of Momjan, where the impressive 13th century Momjan Castle awaits you. Take the opportunity to taste the famous Momjan muscat and homemade Istrian olive oil. Around the villa there are numerous walking and cycling paths, so you can spend some time exploring the nearby nature.
