Son Serra is a 2-bedroom country holiday house for 4 persons with private pool situated in 5.700m2 plot near Búger, Mallorca, a truly charming rustic style one storey house of 110m2 with views to the mountains.

The house consists of an independent traditional built-in kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and an exterior door. A modern and bright living room/dining room complete with chaise lounge sofa, wall mounted TV and free-standing fire chimney where you will feel very much at home. The dining area hosts an elegant rectangular table and chairs for 6, with direct access out through the double glass patio doors to the exterior terrace.

There are 2 bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes and exterior glass doors. One has a Queen-sized double bed and the other twin beds.
There is one complete bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer.
The house has air conditioning and wifi

To the back of the villa and with access from the kitchen and dining room there is a 15m2 roofed terrace complete with rectangular dining table and chairs, over looking the garden and lawned children’s area which has various garden toys for small children, an ideal place to enjoy meals “al fresco” or chill out whilst watching the small ones play.

To the other side of the terrace there are steps leading up to the attractive raised swimming pool. It has dimensions of 5.3 x 5.3m. Depth min/max 1.7m and has 4 sunbeds and parasol.

To the front of the villa there is a BBQ area with table and chairs and parking.

Location:
The property is located just 500m outside the charming village of Búger, in the north of Majorca, in a very quiet area. In about 10 minutes’ drive you can reach the beautiful beaches of Puerto Alcúdia and Puerto Pollensa, the renowned Pollensa golf course which is just 15 km away or the water park Hidropark Alcudia is just 18km.. Also, Campanet and Caimari are two dreamy villages not far off. For some great shopping you can go to Inca where prestigious shops have leather goods on offer.

The ecotax payable by bank transfer 30 days before arrival.

Electricity = €15/day Final cleaning = €85 per reservation both payable on arrival in cash.
Damage Deposit = €300 required through VRBO

No groups of young people with members under to 25 years allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house . Pets are not allowed
