Comfortably sleeping up to four guests, you have a well equipped kitchen, private fenced courtyard and outdoor entertaining table and BBQ to enjoy the summer days and nights. Internal laundry facilities and only a short drive to local shops and eateries including Budgewoi Hotel & Lago Cucina.

Retro Lake Vista is upstairs with fabulous high ceilings, open plan living, two balconies and two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry facility. The perfect way to stay connected while having your private spaces.

Please note for longer stays over 7 nights, additional cleaning and linen charges will apply.



Guest Access:

Lake Vista 2.0 has your own front door access via the small staircase leading onto a relaxed deck.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly to secure a refundable deposit bond of $250.00 for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.

Lake Vista 2.0 is on the lower level with our own entrance. All COAST HOSTING homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation * * COAST HOSTING aims to provide a luxe, high tech experience for our guests. All of our homes have digital keyless entry, air quality, fire safety CCTV at the entry door for added guest security and peace of mind. * NOISE. Lake Vista 2.0 is a peaceful space so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay. *DO NOT UNPLUG ANY TECH APPLIANCES...or introduce Xbox or Playstations. *BREAKAGES. We understand that things happen however excessive damage will result in a claim. Please notify us of breakages. * SMOKING is not permitted inside RETRA LAKE VISTA. * PARKING. You have one parking space on the driveway to the right available and amble of street parking.
