Great Property, Great Location, Great Amenities

Loved the property, the location and the amenities (sauna, gym, pool). Fernando was great. Rental price was fair. My only criticism is that in the "small print" on the listing is a 60 cash cleaning fee payable locally. It is there among the other property rules (no parties, etc.) and I missed it when I booked (my fault) but "add-on" fees like that annoy me a bit. Just include that fee in the overall price of the rental, in my opinion. But a small complaint for an otherwise great rental.

Perfect Location - Perfect Apartment

My husband and I had a great stay in this apartment after returning from a trip to Antarctica. We loved the location, close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but on a quite street so we were never bothered by noise. There was a beautiful swimming pool and small restaurant with in the gated complex. The apartment itself was well appointed and perfect for two people. Communication with Fernando was great. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a very secure building. Fernando, the manager, was super helpful and always available. The location is good and walking distance to some local restaurants. We had to take an uber to go to any other area in Buenos aires, including downtown.

Great location and host!

Lovely apartment in a great location. Easily accommodated 4 adults, but there are no doors. Staircase is without outer bannister, so not for the small or unsteady, but loved the sunny space which is unique and well equipped. Appreciated Fernando allowing us early access to the apartment and taking the time to show us around the apt. He was an outstanding host who was accessible and gave us a great neighborhood recommendation for our first steak dinner in Argentina. We enjoyed the swimming pool and wished our stay was longer!

Comfortable and well-located

The building is stunning with very nice grounds and pool, and great security. The apartment was comfortable for working from home for more than a week and in a great location, both quiet and near lots of nice restaurants and shops. The second sleeping area is not a separate bedroom (no door), but this was perfectly fine for us as it was just me and my husband. Fernando was a great host and always available. Overall a great stay.

Fantastic apartment

We had a great stay. The apartment is in a lovely, historic building with a great swimming pool. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops, yet the street noise in the apartment is minimal. Fernando is a friendly and attentive host.

Visit Bueno Aries!!!!

This was a girls trip for the Taylor Swift concert and my 45th birthday! Fernando and the apartment made our trip even better than I had hoped!! He answered all our crazy questions pre travel, made a point of walking us all around when we arrived and trying to explain the Argentinian money to us and told us where to go for food and anything we needed! He checked in on us during our stay and helped to ensure we had a great time!! Thanks so much Fernando for helping make our trip to BA amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It has a great location in Palermo Hollywood. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Fernando was super helpful, he even told us how to get hold of Boca Juniors tickets.

Amazing

Great apartment in a converted industrial building on the edge of Palermo Hollywood. Clean and modern, gated with security 24/7, access to a cafe on site, a pool, a gym, and walking distance to some of the best restaurants in BA. Fernando was an amazing host and really made us feel at home, 10/10 would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Great Location, Great Host

I would like to thank Fernando for his hospitality and prompt response all of my questions. Great stay at a great apartment. Very secure neighborhood full of restaurants and access to all things Buenos Aires. Prospective clients should be aware that like in most places, electricity is 220V. There is however 110V accessibility in the apartment so can charge your US electronic devices. TV has all add on apps so can watch your favorite if you still need that. Thanks a lot for the warm hospitality and hope to return to this area again soon.
