The Space:
Welcome to our distinguished Mansion Paz. This historic house has two units, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Your will have both units for you and your group.

Let yourself be surprised by the design details of this old construction, with high ceilings that invite you to enjoy each space. There are 7 large bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. In total, it can accommodate 20 comfortable guests. The beds are super comfortable, ideal for your rest after a long day exploring the city.

There are 2 living rooms (one of them serves as the 8th bedroom), 2 dining rooms and 2 kitchens which are fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and we have air conditioning in all spaces to guarantee the comfort of our guests at all times.

In addition, our accommodation has high-speed Internet access so you can work or stay connected at all times.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

The Neighborhood:
Belgrano is a residential and commercial neighborhood located in the north of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is known for its wide tree-lined avenues, beautiful parks and gardens, and for its historic buildings of French and colonial architecture. It offers a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as museums and art galleries, such as the Enrique Larreta Museum of Spanish Art and the Sarmiento Museum. It also has green spaces such as the City Park, the Barrancas de Belgrano Park and the Buenos Aires Botanical Garden, perfect for a picnic or a walk in nature.

Getting Around:
Belgrano offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.
Overall, MOT can help guests with all transportation needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
