The Space:

Welcome to our spectacular lofts at the Botanical Mansion!



Located in the heart of Palermo, right in front of the Buenos Aires Botanical Garden, these 3 lofts are perfect for enjoying the tranquility of nature in the city.



Each unit has 45 square meters, fully equipped bathrooms and kitchens, air conditioning, individual beds that can be converted to a double bed, sofa beds for additional guests, and television and high-speed internet. Additionally, all three units are located on the same floor, making them ideal for groups of up to 9 people.



From our lofts, you can enjoy spectacular views of the vegetation of the Botanical Garden, and just a 10-minute walk away, you will find popular places in Palermo Soho, such as Plaza Armenia and Plaza Serrano.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Palermo Botánico is a neighborhood in Buenos Aires that stands out for its beautiful Botanical Garden, one of the most important in Latin America. This neighborhood is a very attractive residential area for tourists, with numerous parks, gardens and squares to enjoy nature and tranquility.



Palermo Botánico also has a wide gastronomic and cultural offer, with numerous restaurants, bars and designer shops. In addition, it is famous for its colorful craft and antique fairs that take place in its squares on weekends.

Getting Around:

Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
