Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Palermo Soho, the best place to enjoy the vibrant city of Buenos Aires. This apartment has been completely renovated to new, which means that everything is in perfect condition so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms with individual beds that can be converted to a double, which means that we can easily accommodate a friends . In addition, there are 1.5 full bathrooms for added convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook delicious meals at home.



It is ideal for groups of young people who are looking for a place to enjoy the nightlife in Palermo.



There is air conditioning in all rooms, which means that you will be able to keep the apartment cool on the hottest days of summer. There are also two sofa beds for two additional guests if required.



But best of all is the large balcony full of sunlight relax. There is also a built-in laundry room so you can wash your clothes comfortably in the apartment. Access to the apartment is by stairs and there are security cameras at the entrance for greater peace of mind.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.



The Neighborhood:

Palermo Soho is an active area, full of cultural, gastronomic and nightlife life. This may also involve construction works that begin or end and/or somewhat annoying noises from passers-by or bars on every corner. Although our properties usually have Double Glazing in almost all environments, it is possible that this is not the best area for your rest if you travel as a family. We can suggest other properties if you wish.



Getting Around:

Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Overall, MOT can help guests with all transportation needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.



Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
