Centrally located, the subway is a short walk away and taxis and uber cars are always in the neighborhood. Buses are a bit more complicated but can get you to anywhere in the city (or country). You won't need a car, but if you have one there are several garages nearby that offer parking by the hour or day, starting with one just a block away, and it is also feasible to park next to the sidewalk near the building.

Walk around the neighborhood and you'll discover some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. At short walking distance you may also get to parks, boutiques, an artisan's fair, café-concert, nightclubs, etc., as well as the neighborhoods of Palermo Soho and Las Cañitas. You will not be disappointed.
