For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in.
Located in the heart of Recoleta, just steps from Av. Las Heras and Av. Callao. Surrounded by traditional cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks. Only a 5-minute walk from Recoleta Cemetery, Cultural Center, and Buenos Aires Design.
You will be given your keys via a LOCKER located at the following address:

This address is an 8 minute drive from the apartment.
A different method for pickup is available on weekdays, from 10am to 5pm. You can come pick up the keys directly from our offices on: SANCHEZ DE BUSTAMANTE 2320, 3RD FLOOR, APARTMENT B, Recoleta.
Would you rather opt for an in-person check-in, for an additional fee (between USD 30 and USD 50, depending on the date and time)?
You may request early check-in and/or late checkout after booking, which may be subject to an additional fee and availability. Weâll do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.
