The Space:

Excellent house in the best location in Buenos Aires, just meters from Palermo Soho's gastronomic and commercial hub: Plaza Armenia!



The house is located on the first floor, above a commercial plaza full of bars, restaurants, and cafes, steps away from many of the city's most famous fashion stores, in a green setting.



On the ground floor, we find a large garden with a barbecue grill and a pool with a full bathroom. Up the stairs, or taking the elevator, you will find a beautiful designer living-dining room and kitchen, with full-length windows, full of light, overlooking a beautiful green space.



The house has 5 bedrooms with beds that can be adapted from twin to queen depending on the needs of your group. There are also 3 full bathrooms so your group can enjoy their stay with greater comfort and privacy.



Scheduled pool maintenance is performed on Wednesdays; we appreciate your permission to keep it in good condition.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.
