Luminous and quiet 2nd floor apartment, rear-facing with a lovely garden view. The building is equipped with a pool and an event salon (subject to availability and needing reservation). Magnetic lock on the building entrance.
Suite bedroom with ample wardrobe space. Two bathrooms.
Smart TV with cable service in both livingroom and bedroom.
Ideal for 2 adults, with the possibility of a minor occupying the couch bed in the living-room.
For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in.
You will be given the front door keys at our offices in:
AVENIDA CABILDO 1117
You will be consulting the security staff for an envelope under your name. The office security desk is available 24/7. It is important that you provide full name and ID of the person who will be retrieving the keys!
A code will also be provided for the apartment door!
The washing machine in the images is no longer part of the apartment.
