SMART TV/Wifi 300 megabytes.
It has a cowork on the 1st floor, it is a space specifically designed to work in a comfortable and harmonious way.
Hours of use: 6 AM to 10 PM. CLARIFICATION: INTERNET 1 TB (THE FASTEST SPEED). Laundry with washing machine and dryer is used with tokens, which we provide (with charge) Garage in the building (15 USD per day), check availability.

2 blocks from Av. Council. 2 blocks from subway line D with which you go to Palermo and the city center (Obelisco, Cathedral). 2 blocks from Av. Cabildo and Juramento.
You will be surrounded by excellent Cafes (Doña Lila / Bonafide / Tea connection, etc), Restaurants and shops of all kinds on Av. Cabildo.
We are 5 blocks from Chinatown.
We are 15 blocks from the River Stadium (El Monumental)
