With three generous bedrooms in the main house and an attached studio, there’s space for everyone to spread out and relax. All main house bedrooms include air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.

Rain or shine, there’s plenty here to keep everyone entertained. Enjoy a friendly game of foosball or mini pool, settle in with your favourite shows across three TVs with streaming services including Netflix, Prime, and Stan, or head outside for a relaxed evening around the firepit toasting marshmallows under the stars. For something more active, take advantage of the provided kayaks and explore the nearby waterways at your own pace.

The home’s open living area is designed for comfort and connection, with a cosy couch, coffee table, and a TV with free-to-air and streaming services, all supported by air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. A four-seater dining table and inviting outdoor dining space make shared meals easy and enjoyable. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including an oven and gas stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, filtered water tap, a full set of utensils and cutlery, and a BBQ for relaxed outdoor cooking.

Two bathrooms and a well-appointed laundry with a washing machine and dryer add to the convenience, while towels, a hairdryer, and travel essentials are all provided for a comfortable stay. The location places you within easy reach of multiple beaches and lakes, parks, and popular paddle spots, with local shops, cafes, and bottleshops close by and the local pub just a pleasant walk away.

Set in a convenient yet laid-back pocket, the home is only a short stroll from supermarkets, cafes, and local shops, while the surrounding coastline and waterways create a beautiful natural setting for your holiday. Many amenities are within walking distance, though having a car is recommended if you’d like to explore more of the surrounding beaches, lakes, and coastal attractions.

Access & Keys: This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. One set of keys is provided per booking and you are able to utilise the lockbox during your stay. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply.

Noise & No-Party Policy: All properties are in residential areas with strict noise rules. Noise outside between 10 PM and 8 AM, parties, or large gatherings are prohibited. Violations may lead to eviction, bond forfeiture, and extra charges.

Wifi Access: Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.

Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.

Air-Conditioning: Please note that the Granny Flat does not have air-conditioning.

Safety: As this property is waterfront and offers water activities, please ensure swimmers and children are supervised at all times. Lake equipment provided is intended for use only by confident swimmers comfortable around water. Please note that the use of any equipment is entirely at your own risk.

BBQs: Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest.

Pets: Dogs are only permitted at our designated pet-friendly properties and must be approved in writing prior to your stay. If evidence of an unapproved pet is found, charges will apply for steam-cleaning carpets, furniture, and any additional cleaning required. By bringing a pet, you agree to cover any damage or extra cleaning required due to your pet’s stay.

Listing Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
