Woodley House is one of our favourite properties and is a charming and spacious four-bedroom townhouse nestled in the picturesque village of Stratton. In a perfect location 5 minutes from the beach, beautiful walks and is on the door step of two village pubs and a corner shop. Ideal for families, couples and friends, Woodley House comfortably accommodates 8-10 guests, making it the perfect getaway for a memorable holiday.
The Space
Woodley House combines historic charm with modern comforts. Spread across three floors, this townhouse offers:
Four Bedrooms: Each room is tastefully decorated with coastal-inspired decor. The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed which can be split into two singles, there is a twin room, a bunk bed room and a double room sleeping 8 in total. The beds are dressed in high-quality linens to ensure a restful night`s sleep.
Living Areas: Relax in the cosy living room with plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and a selection of books and games for your entertainment. With a beautiful feature fireplace too this is the perfect spot to snuggle up at the end of the day.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Complete with a large farmhouse dining table and cosy fireplace this is the perfect spot for entertaining. We provide tea, coffee and sugar and cooking essentials; olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bathrooms: The house includes two well-appointed bathrooms with towels and essential toiletries provided.
Utility / Bootroom
This is a multi-use space! Complete with washer dyer and a sink area and is a perfect space for you furry friends to sleep and stay when you pop out.
Work area
We have also create a dedicated quiet space for working should you need it.
Quaint Garden: Step outside to discover a charming garden. With a cosy courtyard with a sofa, an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Then step up into the split level garden to enjoy a dining area and BBQ. The garden is safe and enclosed but does have steps so please mind your little ones!

You also have two pubs opposite the house both serving fresh local food. This is the perfect base for exploring the area and all the activities available. Nearest supermarkets are based in Bude.

This property is terraced so please be respectful of your neighbours. We do not permit parties or loud noise. Please keep the noise to a minimum between 11PM and 8AM. We have fitted noise decibel monitors at the property so we will be alerted if these rules are broken.
Dogs
Two well behaved dogs are allowed but we ask that they be kept off the furniture and are not permitted in the bedrooms. Please ensure you pick up dog mess and dispose! There is a downstairs boot room which is perfect dogs so if you do leave the dogs at the house please ensure they are kept in there and that they are not left for long periods of time, we know anxious dogs can chew and bark.
