The property is over 2 floors however the bedroom levels are slightly staggered with several steps down to the bedrooms.
Upstairs large and light-filled open plan living space with doors leading out to a large balcony with sea views.
Living space features two sofas and two chairs, coffee table, TV.
Dining area with table and bench seating.
Fully equipped kitchen where you can cook with a view, with double oven/microwave, breakfast bar with induction hob and three stools, basin with Quooker hot water tap, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso Magimix coffee machine.
Ground floor games room/cinema room with doors out to the courtyard with air hockey, pool table, sofa, large TV, bar and doors to the courtyard and hot tub, with sea views.
